My family and I took my grandmother to try Thai food for the 1st time! She came for the holidays from Guatemala and this was my first time seeing her this time around and we wanted to take her to something different. The new owner was so welcoming, funny, and has lots of love for latinos! They have super fresh authentic food! We were all super happy with the taste, portion, beautiful humble environment and kind people. It’s was amazing. Very much recommend.

This restaurant food was amazingly delicious! The owners made us homemade Thai iced tea. It was the best that I have tasted in a long time. My husband ordered orange chicken and I ordered the cashew shrimp. Both were outstanding. While we were waiting on our food, the owners brought us two meatball Phos to try with no charge. It was so good. We spoke to the owners for a while before we left, and they are just the sweetest people. I could have talked to the wife forever as we had great conversations about our kids and life. The wife uses all of her homemade recipes from Thailand. You can really taste the love that goes into this food. They just recently opened, so make sure to pay them a visit as you will not regret it. They are located in a strip mall behind the Las Vegas Blvd. I cannot say enough about this restaurant and we will be back!

As out of towners, my husband and I love trying new restaurants and this trip we found Awesome Thai and decided to try it. We had the most amazing Thai food, from the rangoons to the drunken noodles. We also tried the beef jerky and Tom Kha soup. Everything was so awesome! Guess that’s how they came up with the name! I would definitely recommend trying this restaurant when in the area!

HIDDEN GEM! They are generous with their meat/portions–well worth the price. Curry is perfect on the spice level if you have a sensitive gut but they can ramp it up if you want too. Creamy curry with crispy chicken is the best, they even let you choose your curry color! Huge portions on mago sticky rice and their starter soup reminds you of home–heck, even their water tastes great! Great service and loved the homey atmosphere, it’ll feel like you’re in your grandma’s kitchen.

This place is amazing. The wife and I went there the other night got pork pad thai and chicken yellow curry. The pork was perfectly cooked, and the nodels have amazing flavor. We got a 3 for spice level and I would say it was a perfect 3. Spicy but you still could taste every individual flavor so it was not overpowering. And the chicken curry was over the top. Probably one of the best yellow currys I have had and yellow curry is my usual go to. The restaurant just opened back in February amazing family that owns the place. The husband and wife do the cooking and also serve. They also have a daughter that was not there that night who does service and advertising. Amazing couple you can tell both work very hard to give you good food, great portions, and all for a fair price. Overall I highly recommend this place great food, great service, and plan/dated but clean dining area. The dinning area is the only negative that I would have about the place. It was very clean but plan and dated. However given there just opening it is understandable they probably just did not have the funds to upgrade. It is also within easy walking distance from the convention center, or the couple hotels off Sierra Vista

This restaurant has really good food. I tried the Shrimp Fried Rice and it was really delicious. The service was great. The owner Sanchez did a really good job. The ambiance is nice, clean, and authentic. I will definitely return.

Great experience. We were there late and only ones in restaurant- treated wonderfully. Spicy sausage appetizer was unique and very good. Pho and drunken noodles were well done- huge portions and delivered with sharing bowls so we could try both dishes ordered. Owner and his mother (our cook that evening) were super nice and chatted with us.
