Went in today 5/6/2022, the employees are a joke. There were 4 of us the employees had every order screwed up wrong food wrong person missing items added items that weren’t ordered. The clown at the register then had the audacity to argue with us. We asked about the food we ordered and he argued with us saying you didn’t order that, us yes we did I think we remember what we ordered. We were not the only ones he argued with either he argued with all the customers. Very incompetent crew of employees. What should have been a 10 minute visit turned into almost 45 minutes. Will never go back.

The food was okay as expected. We always have to pull over to wait for our food which is fine because we like fresh food. However, the service is always rushed and comes off kind of rude like the employees dont have time to take our orders. The last time I visited we could hear employees in the back yelling at something when we got to the window. Definately could do better.

As you can see by their terrible review score these guys need improvement. Each time we eat there it is the longest wait ever!!! Never have I gotten my food at the window I ALWAYS have to pull around and wait. The guy taking the order talked so fast and forgot 1/4 of our order totally. Ugh guys let’s get your poop together and try to improve your services!

I will never go back to this place. We went in on 8/6/18 around 9:00 p.m. I would admit that we took a little longer in the order line then we probably should be but we were pretty unfamiliar with their menu. The young lady behind the counter started was impatient and became visually irritated by us asking questions.

Me and my Family haven’t been to this place in over a year. Once again we decided to go and try it out. Things change in a year. The inside was nice and clean, looked pretty cool. Our order taker was nice. But as always our meal was messed up. Ordered an 8 piece thigh and leg only. Ended up only getting 6 pieces of legs and thighs, and two tiny pieces of what we can only assume was chicken wings. Even after a year they still cant seem to get orders correct. Do not waste your time coming here.

This A&W is awful! Waited 20 minutes for our order and all our meals were cold and the burgers were so gross. The lady taking orders at the window was extremely rude too. Will not be going here again. They don’t deserve one star.

They make you pull into the parking lot and make you wait long periods of time!! Meanwhile the 7 people behind me got their food at the window and were on their way. I had to call and remind them I was out front. Don’t like the drive thru experience and the lobby is STILL closed! Even Panda’s lobby is open now, come on guys the pandemic is over!! Recruit some help from Kennewick to show you how to keep up.
