If I could give negative stars, I would. First we had to repeat our order 3 times at the order box, twice at the window and once when the guy came out in the parking lot to see what we had. We paid at 815pm…. there were SIX customers who came through the drive thru after us all that got their food before us. We were told after we paid that it would take 4 minutes for the chicken for the sandwich to cook. After sitting outside patiently waiting, at 848 I went inside. I was not greeted at all by any of the staff. The female who brought the food to us was not apologetic at all for our wait. She was combative with me when I asked where our food was. She rudely said “I told you it would take 4 minutes for your chicken to cook” but we were waiting for 33 minutes. I pointed that out and that they had helped at least 6 customers who all came way after us, to which she replied “well here’s your order” our drinks weren’t there, so I pointed that out. She rudely retrieved them for me… they were only 3/4 of the way full. No kindness offered, no apology offered…just rude service, a huge wait, and our food is burnt and cold.

So the young man couldn’t work the POS system and then told me the prices and menu haven’t been changed for 2 years and that’s why I couldn’t get Corn Dog Nuggets by them selves and had to buy a kids meal. Not a huge deal but why can’t they change the menu board after two years?

Ordered a mac and cheese bowl & corn dog nuggets. I was told they would take over 5 minutes to cook nuggets and was parked out front. When my food was brought out I asked if everything was there including the ketchup and the guy pretty much just threw the bag at me and walked off so I headed back to the hotel only to find out pretty much everything about my order was wrong. Wrong meal no silverware to eat a mac and cheese bowl. I asked for ketchup when I ordered yet there was no ketchup, utensils or napkins. I called and asked for a manager. The guy on the phone would not transfer me to a manager simply said they’d write my name down and just hand out food the next time I came in. I asked for a manager again once again he said “all we can do is write down your name” they were not interested in solving the problem just getting me off the phone. Your manager was never reached as requested. Horrible customer service!! This turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had recently and if you look at my reviews and I do a lot of them this would be clearly near the very bottom people acting like they are too busy and wanted to be everywhere but serving customers. I’ll be loud about this one for a while.

Will NEVER go to another. We visited this restaurant and order 2 cheeseburgers with only ketchup, a double bacon cheeseburger, and a double cheeseburger plain, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. Fairly simple. Got our order and started to leave. I checked it, just to be sure. We received 3 cheeseburgers with ketchup and 4 fries. Of course, we went back. Explained the problem, with only a little attitude, the girl took the bag to fix our order. I checked it again before we left, 2 cheeseburgers with ketchup, double bacon cheeseburger, and a double….with ketchup. I could almost understand if they were really busy…we were the only car in line both times. We spent $30 to get the wrong food twice.

My wife and I stopped at this A & W one week ago and ordered the Papa Burger Tuesday special. Worst hamburger ever! Over cooked meat, almost no dressing, buns were hard and had obviously been under heat lamp way too long. And the fries were barely warm. When I asked for extra fry sauce, I was told they didn’t have any. This place needs to take lessons from the A & W’s in Yakima who know how to make a Papa Burger.

Food was great. One of the better fast food burgers IMO. Price was good (had a coupon – prices are too high without one – comparable to Five Guys prices but not nearly as good). Fries were average. Restaurant was clean. Service was very good/friendly. All in all, an average/above average experience.

Did the KFC thing. Waited almost a half hour for wings. The only one nice person there was the white boy that ran the food out. Him being nice to us was the only highlight of that place. And the wings we paid $34.00 for barely had meat on them, too much breading and made us sick

Highly recommend not to eat there. Never in my life have I had a cheeseburger taste so horrible. It was cold, buns were stale, and it wasn’t cooked throughly. A&W should pull their franchise name off of this restaurant.
