I got a double bacon cheese burger it’s was ok the bun was hard and dried out. Got onion rings they where good, got french fries they where ok. My mom got a chicken breast it was dry. This place was just average

Just arrived a little late in town on a Tuesday, needed a quick bite to eat so we stopped in at A&W for the $12 Two Meal Special – 2 Original Bacon Cheeseburger Combos For $12 Every Tuesday. A quick roll through the Drive Thru, and we were on our way to our condo with a lite dinner. Great meal, great service, great price!

I was very impressed with this location for a couple of reasons.
First, when we got our drinks I unloaded the tray and left one drink in the tray. I went to move the tray and I dumped a soda completely upside down in between my lap and the center console. We all expected the lid to pop off and create a mess everywhere, but it was securely on and there was only a single drop of liquid that spilled out!
Secondly, I tried to order something that I found online, but they did not sell it in the Restaurant. The person taking my order suggested an alternative that sounded delicious so I went with it. It had two patties. I ordered it without a bun and when we got our food I thought they had forgotten it because I was expecting it in a box with a fork and knife. Turns out they took the two patties and put all of the toppings in the middle and wrapped it up like a burger. It was so simple, but had never had one made like this before. I was so impressed with the care that they took with our meal overall. It was very enjoyable experience.

The staff is great. I forgot to get a receipt and went back the next day, they were accommodating and friendly about the interaction. Their burgers are delicious and I’m sad that the one near my home town closed down

Floor is sticky and something is wrong with the root beer in the main dining area. Said something to a cashier and got blown off. Usually, we like this place. Today is less than ideal.

The lady at the cash register would barely engage in customer service. When our food was ready, she barely raised her voice to say as such and left it on the counter. Didn’t ask us if we needed any sauce or napkins..
Also found a hair in our KFC bowl….not a single person was wearing a hairnet in the kitchen, and the females all had long hair as well…please adhere to health regulations
While waiting for our food, another table had to have their food redone because it was wrong as well.
Wouldn’t recommend eating here and probably will find another quick bite to eat if I’m in the area again

We decided to dine in with the kids, we had to wait for something at Home Depot. Every table was greasy/dirty. We had to clean our own table before sitting down. Vinyl seats were sticky. We placed our order and it took a looong time for an order off cheese curds & 2 chicken little sandwiches…. not including the mini corn dogs that took even longer & they forgot to put on an additional order that we had to place again & wait again for. Customers were irritated and one man was demanding a manager. The girl at the counter was very confused who got what (drive thru vs dine in orders), food production was behind. I had worked in a restaurant for many years and know how it can be when you’re slammed, but they weren’t slammed. I don’t know if this is part of the general worker shortage, but was sad to witness. Nothing anyone can do about it… if a manager was there they couldn’t helped their crew out.
