Pulled into drive thru. Was told they would be right with me. 2 1/2 minutes later my order was taken. I drove up to the window to pay. 1 1/2 minutes later someone takes my money. Told to wait in front. 15 minutes later my food arrives. Not how I asked for it. I told them 15 minutes is to long. I got a in sincere I’m sorry. Not the first time at this location. Spent my last dollar there.

The past year this location has struggled to find good help. You can’t tell who runs the crew behind the counter, just a bunch of kids trying to struggle through. It’s called a drive thru, but they always make people park up front to wait for their orders and this still can take upwards of 25 minutes to get your food brought out.

Usually come here for floats after school with the kids. My son doesn’t like root beer and we sub for a Sierra Mist float. Today we were told that the sub can’t be done and I was wrong to ever get one there. I said you can’t just put a different soda in? They said they weren’t allowed to. Seemed strange that before it was possible but not anymore. Also just like others say, you order drive through but have to wait out front to get your food.

This place is usually good. But today. Omg. It was horrible service. The manager was talking to his wife or girlfriend. An she was getting free food. Although actual paying customers were waiting.it took almost an hour to get 3 meals. Plus I ordered inside so I got my own drinks. The employees were joking around and cussing like sailors in the back. The manager was allowing his wife or girlfriend and her friend stand at the counter and yell to people behind the counter saying unprofessional things as the employees responded. Plus the baby was crawling all over the counter where food is placed. It was just ridiculous. . Corporate should be embarassed to even own this place. I left.

Forgot my drink and totally over cheese the hot dog so there was no way I could actually pick it up and eat it and it spilled out of the box into the bag so chili and cheese was everywhere. Also only accepted card no cash.

Order my food through curbside pick-up and took so long to get to me. They brought the food to my car without my drink. I called and told them we were parked out front eating and they said they would not bring out my drink and that I would have to go through the drive thru.
