Im giving the service 1 star, I pull into the drive thru with my daughter having a good day and man can someone’s RUDE NEGATIVE ATTITUDE RUIN IT! The chick taking orders was SOOOOO RUDE I almost drove off and didnt wanna give them my money I even mentioned she was rude and instead of apologizing she had some other sweet girl hand us our food. If you dont like talking to people DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE AGAIN

OMG only got 1/2 my order, went in to get the rest. Nothing but bad attitude from the employees. 1 lady yelling at the other one that she’s the only one doing anything. Everyone ignores you in the store. The food was not worth it. Not worth $31.

Every time I come to this location, There’s almost always an issue. Either the workers are rude or my food takes forever…I’m talking 15+ minutes, Which is way too long. Especially when I’m on a short lunch break. They’ll say “we’re still opening” even though it’s nearly an hour after their listed opening time. Not ideal if you’re hoping for a quick stop. Some of the staff can be very short with you when ordering. It’s usually the same person, Though she has improved slightly which is one of the reasons I gave this location two stars instead of one. Also, There was one really friendly worker which was refreshing. But normally, Items get left out of my order and I sometimes have to go inside because the person bringing food to my car can’t communicate in English which makes things even slower since they don’t care to take time to understand the translation I’m giving to them. I asked to make a double bacon burger into a single because I didn’t see that option on the menu. I just did it the day before and the worker was very kind that day. This time, The response was blunt and dismissive. “That’s what a double is but you can have a bacon cheeseburger.” She knew what I meant but made it into a hassle! The whole tone just added stress to my order and it was rushed and UNCOMFORTABLE from there on. Overall, This location’s customer service is pretty lacking. I usually come here for KFC and while I don’t expect much from fast food, The experience has made me consider driving farther for a better experience. I really won’t be coming back to this location because they’ll probably tamper with my food lol.

Food was fresh and delicious, Jonathan was extremely nice and helpful, he was very attentive, we had a small issue with our order and he took care of it right away, 10/10 would return, and whatever Jonathan is making he needs a raise.

I live right by this restaurant so we order frequently. Every dang time it’s not ready. Even when I order ahead and don’t leave my house until the app says it’s ready. You will sit in front 10 or more minutes waiting for food no matter what you order. Went to get myvfood today and they tell me it’s not ready yet I can see all of the items making up my meal sitting there prepared in plenty ready to go. This is 20 minutes after ordering. From now on I’m driving to bear valley and back. It will be faster.

Went through the dive thru. Had no extra crispy anything. Got home only to see they Put SO MUCH ONIONS on the Chile Cheese Fries I couldn’t eat them I couldn’t even take them all out . The tenders were hard like they had been sitting all day but not as hard as the biscuit. It’s a solid rock I can break out concrete with this thing! . Waste of $. No wonder there wasn’t a receipt in the bag. Definitely never going back. Everything was gross was disgusting except the root beer. Thanks for ruining my night I have to wake up too early to take this garbage ️ back. I would throw it out to the racoons but I’m scared to wake up only to find them dead from this poison ☣️

I ordered a burger, told the person No Onions! I am allergic! Got burger headed to my next job started to bite into burger smelled onions, pulled over looked to me that they put Xtra onions on burger….my allergic reaction could cause throught to swell shut ,not good when driving for me or others….I called the restaurant, I was told no big deal, was accident.. If I had eaten burger had a car wreck that would have been an accident…Putting onions on food after explaining I am allergicis just ignorant, incompetent, stupid ,lazy ,dangerous….. I wonder if they drop your food , do they still serve, do they wash hands after bathroom , smoke break I don’t think so never go again….EAT HERE AT OWN RISK…
UPDATE Received a response from the a and w restaurant here’s a response to you I reviewed you on the Google site or you can let it go like you normally do, This is not the first time I’ve complained about you making a wrong order I usually do it at the restaurant not getting any action… You wanna deal with the situation deal with me here….

If I have to pull around front and wait for 10 minutes for a single burger, I may as well go inside. there’s not even a designated space out front. They also got my drink order wrong. Ordered diet and they gave me a regular Pepsi. Horrible service. While the burger was good, I won’t be going here again.
