I always love the floats here, service was horrible though. The girl taking orders just glared at customers when ordering, seemed like everything we asked for upset her. And then immediately after the people behind me ordered she openly told her coworkers the customers are annoying her. she kept touching her hair and face while touching peoples food and drink. The other two workers were fine but you could tell they weren’t fans of her attitude either. You should never treat customers as a hindrance when you’re getting paid to be serving them. The woman was a blonde teenager with red acrylic nails.

Family and I came in to eat while there was district wrestling in town super busy place and to the girl up front I yelled at I am so sorry but when I cant here u over the music that was being played with the n work and nasty other words. And you told her to turn it down I’m highly disappointed that a and w let’s them listen to that music when that place is packed. The girl up front did and amazing job if it wasn’t for her that line worked have never stayed. Not sure if we will ever be back the amount of kids that were in the restaurant listening to that music. And the parents faces of disgust. The girl up front had a tear rolling down her face cause she got no respect when telling the person to turn it off or turn it down. We come here alot and this isn’t the first time this has happened but you were not as busy as yesterday and the day before. We came back last night and the girl that took our order was still there and it was 730. We got our floats and she came up to me and completely apologized to us about lunch. And she gave us a few coupons. To someone that apologizes like that we knew she was extremely sorry for how the other staff was. Larissa is her name and she definitely needs to be recognized for her amazing work and how she came and apologized to my family when it was never her fault.

I love A&W restaurant and stop at this one whenever I am in town. But this was the worst experience I have ever had.The lady that took my order when I was deciding on my drink mumbled under her breath said ugh come on. Then our drink order was wrong. We got our burgers and they were ice cold. I went back up and told them our burgers were cold. They took them in the back and then threw them on the counter without saying anything to me. I asked if they were mine? She glared and said yes. Got the burgers out of the bag and they were still cold. Worst experience I have ever had at an A&W. I spent almost $40 for my family and the whole experience was terrible. Really said that the people who work there don’t care to do a good job at all.

The young boy that waited on us with the longer hair with his hair pulled back was very kind and friendly the cook seem to have a very good attitude and make sure the food was nice and hot there was also a young lady there working they all seem to enjoy their jobs and get long the workers were very clean cut it was a nice change from a lot of of fast food places small town hospitality

Husband and I came in and thought to ourselves were never gonna get thru the line there are 3 workers its gonna take forever well we were completely wrong the. Three working lunch did. And amazing job the lady upfront Made sure to ask them if they were still ok or if she needed to slow down. That was an amazing 3 working you guys completely rocked it. We will be back

It’s a local favorite in the gas station on highway 30. Every time I go, they are so slow, even with few customers. Expect at LEAST 20 minutes to get your order. It’s pricey for fast food. $17.49 for a 5 piece chicken tender meal with fries & drinks. However, they have daily specials & the food is good. Monday they had a 3 piece tender meal for 9.99. I forget the burger prices. The employees are always very nice & the place seems well maintained.

What you stereotypically think of a restaurant connected to a gas station convenience store. Not the cleanest, not many tables, service was abysmal, and the food wasn’t even correct/ good.
Food: we ordered 5 meals and a kids’ meal. Everything that was correct based on our order was dry. We received a cheeseburger without the burger. It was literally the condiments and a cold slice of cheese between 2 buns..
Service: No personal responsibility from the staff members. Example: we were told, “That’s not my job. You’ll need to talk to that guy over there” to hand us our readied drinks right behind him. The guy he pointed to was super busy ringing up more orders. Mind you, we’ve already gotten our food, and we were already waiting a few minutes for the drinks we could see.

Thus was very pleasant stop. We only stopped for the root beer. I was a little disappointed that they no longer have it on tap. Which was the whole reason we stopped. Although my son found the root beer to be amazing an guzzled his medium down in 20 mins.
