I’m always very completely honest about places I’ve visited. what I thought was really good about this restaurant was there are Root beer floats in the great selection of ice creams. The Cod sandwich with very tiny pieces of fish and the buns are soft but wasn’t worth the calories. I just ate the Cod alone. Hamburgers are average in size . Frys tasted good Nice clean bathrooms

The host Christian was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed my meal and the food was good. He also came to my table and asked if I needed additional food or drink. The root beer float looked so good that I couldn’t wait to drink it. I had to take a picture of it. I’ll return when I can

Fabulous A&W! Good parking lot, wheelchair accessible, clean and authentic environment. Friendly and efficient service with great food. Manager, Sarah, checks on customers with a friendly attitude and knowledgeable background. Lisa, at the counter very helpful and friendly.

As a kid fond memories of going to the FDL A&W drive in. But after stopping for a burger and receiving this mess. I’m definitely thinking things have changed. Apparently burgers today are supposed to be a slimy mess. Where do I go to get the burgers they show on TV, it’s not at this restaurant.

We just can’t win. We can show up 40 minutes before close and be turned away because they’re so backed up. Order a spicy papa and get a bun so dry it’s crusty and breaking apart and the sauce is absorbed into the bun. Order a replacement meal with no onions and get onions on it. Order sauce with our food and not get it. Over and over, no matter when we go there, something is messed up. It’s just poorly managed. Not really short staffed. Just nobody knows what to do and there’s no team there as no one works together to help the others. I just wish there were more options in the city for food because it’s one of my favourite foods in general. Enough that I’ll keep trying and hope for different results. Guess that makes me the fool

Amazing food every time I go! Best fast food burger around. You can tell the cook cares about the food they ate making. Service was impeccable, they worked great as a team to make our quick stop awesome! Cleanest fast food restaurant and as we were eating they were cleaning windows and window sills! We hopped off of 151 for a quick lunch at A&W. I’m so glad we did! While I was a little unsure about it since it is attached to a convenience store, it made no difference at all. The staff were very attentive and took our order quickly and accurately, even making some helpful suggestions. As we waited for our food, we observed the manager(?) coaching a staff member on how to properly clean and sanitize the tables and chairs. She was very particular and very detailed. To my surprise, someone brought our food out to our table! The presumed manager was then seen coaching another staff member on how to approach customers and ask how the food was, if they needed anything, and so on. She is clearly a caring, compassionate supervisor.
I had the chicken tenders which were very hot, moist, with just the right amount of breading. The cheese curds were as good as any I’ve had anywhere else. My wife’s sandwich was also delicious (she gave me a taste).
This A&W is head and shoulders above almost every other one we’ve visited. If we find ourselves in need of a quick meal on our way to/from Green Bay, we will DEFINITELY stop here again!
BTW, there is even a public telephone in their parking lot, for anyone who hasn’t seen one before.

They don’t deserve even one star. Went through the drive-thru and waited almost a half hour for the food. They didn’t even apologize for the wait they simply said “we are training” I understand training takes time but I don’t think almost a half hour is appropriate. I could even see people just standing around doing absolutely nothing! Ordered a large cheese curd and it was like half full and tasted like plastic. I’m absolutely grossed out by the quality of this food and service.

Even though they’re under staffed, which made clear by the sign we are under staffed please bare with us in this process. The service was top notch along with the food, please recognize those who show up everyday to do a job and do it; instead of focusing you’re attention to the ones who don’t show up or do there job. A lot is to be said about those that do and have done, you’re loyal long lasting team members and they’re accomplishments mean something also don’t neglect giving praise to those worthy of it.
