Worst experience ever. Bought the whole family dinner after church and after taking 10 minutes to take our order, they left us waiting at the window for 20 minutes without saying a word. We were the only car! I literally called them and they said “oh, its getting boxed up now” then they forgot 2 of our kids’ fries, and the fries we did get were like 4 fries in a box. Picture included. The chicken tender kids meal had one tender. ONE! burgers were almost inedible. Worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever and it cost us 65 bucks. Should have read the reviews. How is this place open? Hope we dont get sick.

Upon arriving we were the only car in the parking lot and there was only one vehicle in the drive-thru.
We entered the location in hopes to place our order to go, there was no employees insight to take our order. We walked up to the counter and stood there for a few minutes when two employees walked over from the kitchen/drive-thru area looked us both in the eye and kept on with their tasks. They did not greet us or even acknowledge that we were there. I would understand it if the dining room was busy or the drive-thru was packed or backed up. But to not even acknowledge us is horrible customer service. We waiting another minute and after nothing we chose to take our business elsewhere.
I will add that this was our second time visiting this location, the previous time was last fall. That visiting wasn’t up to par either but we contributed it to a busy drive-thru, but apparently that’s just their poor customer service and lack of work ethic.

They were slow and dismissive of me as a customer. I waited in the drive thru for around 15 minutes and I was the only one there. Then I get my food and drive back to the office only to see that they gave me literally (I counted them) 10 waffle fries and my burger has no meat on it, see picture. I won’t ever been going there again. I recommend you look elsewhere.

Waited at the drive up menu board for five minutes after they told me to browse the menu for a minute and they’d be right with me. When they did come back, they told me “Oh yeah, we have a half hour wait” There was only two vehicles ahead of me Not my first bad experience here and at this point, they should just shut down. I ate a burger for lunch today.
It didn’t taste right but I spent 13 bucks in it. So I ate most of it. I couldn’t finish it. Now my stomach isn’t feeling right. I wont be going back. Culver’s is just right up the road.

Food was way over cooked. Fish and chicken was hard. Waffle fries had hard black crunchy pieces. Staff was told by at least 5 different costumers the tartar sauce was empty so they decided to ignore that. The floor was very slick and dirty. A pile of wet leaves at the bottom of the stares out side the entrance.

Very angry lady working drive through. 25 minutes from pulling up to getting greasy slop food (?) And of course angry bitter shouldn’t be working customer service lady forgot sauce. Horrible service. Over priced. Unedible food. Even though it’s an a&w they don’t fill root beer jugs and act stupid like I just put a sticker on a milk jug. 5 year trainer Sophia needs be fired. Bad for business.

Took a good minute before we could order due to employees jumping around. When we could we had to put up with a bitter woman named Sophia who messed up the order a couple times. Potholes in the road didn’t help with the tone already set. And this place does not honor and will not refill the A&W growler jugs that’s are currently being sold.

The smell when we walked in was horrific. Sewer backup? The wait was forever. Food left a waxy taste in both of our mouths and my mom was very sick today, probably from the long john silvers we ate. Neither of us finished our food. Onion rings were fried together in one big clump, burnt on the outside doughy breading in the middle. The employees kept yelling at each other and were not nice to customers coming in either. Witnessed a customer come in from the drive thru and he stated he had been pulled forward, but sat there waiting for 25+ minutes… This restaurant was terrible.
