I don’t really like Arby’s but decided to stop there late this evening and I was greeted by Eric with his excellent attitude. Everyone should have a positive presence like this young man. I will definitely be returning solely because of him.

I stop by here when I take my dog to the vet which is on Saturdays usually. Each time I’ve had the pleasure of being served by George who is a total gem. He’s always so happy, positive helpful and just gives amazing customer service. One time I was a little sad when my dog wasn’t feeling good and he totally made my day – w/o even realizing it. Today I saw him again and he was the exact same wonderful person he was a few months ago. I wish all people were as nice as this man. Food was great too!

The older I get , the younger they appear to me. The new girl doesn’t look old enough tonwork there but I can say she takes her job seriously. Probably the best customer service minded fast food employee I seen in a long time. I have always had good service at this location but she stands out even more so. The managers should be praised for providing a great atmosphere for the guest and employees.

The woman working the drive thru on 2/29 about noon needs customer service training. She was very put out by me questioning what I received in my order being wrong and just threw her hands up saying uh that’s what came out and when I questioned her again she said they are very busy and she can’t do anything about it. Then I get to work and find out after eating about 1/3 of my sandwich that the chicken is not even cooked all the way through. They better not hope I get sick!!

At first, I was thinking of giving 3-4 stars at least. First time ordering food at this location (finksburg). Supposedly we’re going in but somehow they only serve drive thru. I ordered a reuben sandwich meal. Huge portions, however the fries are not warm and a bit hard. Sandwich is okay. they offered 2 for $2 for cookies or turn over. When we’re about to eat dessert, we’re surprised that the other cookie seemed like someone took a bite on it. Nothing fall off or some crumbs on it, nor it’s broken to pieces. My son don’t want to eat it anymore. I took a picture showing proof that I haven’t opened it yet.

2nd time coming here and it will be my last. The drive through guy (bald) was extremely rude and abrupt when I ask about a certain item on the menu. I also asked for no ice on my wife’s Sprite but said he said No because he already poured it.
Lastly, the smokehouse brisket sandwich was very small and underwhelming Blah.
I like Arby’s but definitely not this location again.

I ordered a classic roast beef sandwich and curly fries. I live maybe 5 minutes away. On my way home, decided to try a curly fry. Positively cold. Got home and the sandwich also was cold. Their was no one in the drive thru. Weren’t busy. So disappointing. Won’t be back!
