RUDEST encounter I’ve ever had with a manager. Husband literally just ordered a burger. Simple. No mustard, no lettuce, no pickle, add onion and ketchup. Very easy. Gave my husband the biggest attitude over it and treated him like trash. Then refused to serve or look at him. Made a young girl, who was very kind, serve. Totally ridiculous!! No one asked for anything out of the ordinary. DO YOUR JOB!!!! I feel totally uncomfortable eating the food now. After that kind of rudeness and attitude, it’s hard to trust the food. My husband DID HEAR what you had to say about him by the way. This happened 12-8 around 2:30pm. Here’s a note from someone who has been a general manager at 3 million dollar property; if you can’t handle a customer that is asking for their food to be made the way they like it, you’re in the wrong business. Go work at a gas station if you can’t stop yourself from talking shit about your customers. Have the absolute day you deserve. I also need to add that this burger smells so strong like pickles. They were very obviously just wiped off. If I had an allergy I could’ve died. This is a really serious issue. Thank God I didn’t actually have an allergy. This is irresponsible and will get this place sued. Definitely not eating this. I’ve also sent this to corporate but much more detailed. Doubt they’ll do anything, but just a fore warning to others. If they’re willing to sabotage a burger over this, can you imagine what else they’ll do?

Grandson had a soccer game. A tradition after his game we go and enjoy a dessert, root beer float. It also helps us to cool off and relax, before the trip back to Des Moines.

Went through the drive-thru and I put my order in. The gal at the window was nice and knew what she was doing. I heard the car behind order ice cream only so she sent me to the parking spot and told me they’d bring my order out. Two minutes later I had my pizza burger with only pickle and onion, piping hot fresh fries, and a Root Beer. I spent just under 10 bucks. Loved every bite!

The food quality was great but the 2 employees that took our order had attitudes and one yelled at my mom for no reason. They were very rude to me and my family. It was completely uncalled for. So our experiences dining in was completely ruined.

A good, clean restaurant for a meal or a quick treat. The root beer floats are as good as anticipated from an A&W, and the blueberry soft serve ice cream is a refreshing flavor.
There are several sandwiches available, including a pork tenderloin. The seating area is spacious, and there are several TVs. There are also tables with umbrellas for sitting outdoors when the weather is nice.
I remember going to the old location by the fairgrounds when I was a kid, and I’m glad there’s still an A&W in town when I visit.

Great service! The lady taking the drive through order repeated it back to me so I knew I was getting the correct items. That might seem minor but I personally appreciate it after receiving the wrong order at other drive through places where they don’t even tell you the price and say “ok come to the 2nd window”. The little things matter!

Went there quarter to 9 and the lobby was already closed and locked. Ordered thur drive-thru and had to eat in the parking lot with another party (customer) cause the lobby was closed. Even though it says they’re open til 9pm.

We rode there on bikes it was around lunch time they was definitely busy and our food was good it was prompt to be brought out and the root beer was ice cold and very refreshing!!!!
