was excited to go to A&W since I haven’t been to one in years. I now understand why the once thriving food chain is now suffering. Ordered a child’s cheeseburger meal for 1099 which came with a pack of fruit snacks, french fries and cheeseburger no toy and the melt came in a regular adult glass. Highly dissatisfied.

This is the second time I have been to this location. A blonde girl is always on her phone live streaming and touching her phone with the same gloves she makes food with. Where is management? Yuck. I will take my wife and kids to the Taylor location from now on as this has been our second time here with the same issue. More focused on her live stream and social media than making sure the order is correct. Very unprofessional.

Food and root beer float was fresh and amazing. The fries were hot and fresh. The staff was helpful and friendly. Kids meal was great! Excellent experience here highly recommend! Also love the old diner style interior. Your food takes a lil longer to get done but it’s worth the wait because they make it fresh to order!

The drive thru window is on the passenger side of the vehicle, always. The employee always comes out to the customer with the food and to receive the payment. Not on this particular day, the employee suggested that I get out of my car and walk around to the drive thru window and pay. Didn’t recognize this employee but after a long day, if I’m not already inside, if I’m at the drive thru, that means and is implied and understood, that I’m not getting out to pay or receive my food. If there was a reason given maybe it wouldn’t have as off putting as it was in that moment. Do better A&W.

The Staff was extremely rude while ordering through the drive through kept asking Anything else at the end she lets out a sigh and they forgot my hotdog so I went in and got it I said have a good night and she said yeah never going back there again extremely rude staff

I love the food here but when they did not get the order right we went inside just to ask for what we ordered and they were so rude even laughing at us. It was extremely uncomfortable.
