First time visiting, my partner has come here many times before for ‘boys night’. It was a great experience and the food was superb! We ordered the 4 cheese pizza, one old fashioned, and a berry whiskey. Having my first drink in a long while with amazing food and a chill environment was wonderful.

My experience at 4th & Mill Bar and Grill (Rancho) was awful. I’ve been coming here for years without issues, but the new staff has completely changed the atmosphere.
The bartender, Jasmin, was rude and unprofessional. As a customer of different color the way I was treated felt disrespectful and unfair. Again I have been going there for years. And never been cut off. I was drinking Ultras and before I got there I had no drinks. Some random dude I have never seen said something rude and then stated your done drinking. I was cut off from drinks for no clear reason, while others who appeared to be friends of the staff were visibly intoxicated and still being served.
The bathrooms were dirty, fruit flies were around the bar, and the drinks tasted like cheap substitutions. I also have videos.
Between the poor service, lack of cleanliness, and inconsistent treatment, I won’t be returning.my money will be spent where I’m welcomed.

I sat at the bar the bartender was very attentive. I asked for mild wings and they taste like lemon pepper wings dipped in mild sauce. I asked about them a she told me they pre season the chicken with salt and pepper. Taste like lemon to me. Besides the wings my fries was fresh and this place is a vibe.

I have been driving by this place for over a year and did not think that I would stop but tonight I thought I needed to give it a try. It is a bar and grill and the atmosphere was lively and alot of people having fun. The place had families of all ages and it was great to see. The place had so many TVs that it looked like an electronic store with all the TV displays. There was a couple of pool tables and the people were having a great time. Now the food, I wanted a bar type cheese burger and ordered that with fries. The burger was really tall and was going to hard to bite it but I managed to sacrifice my jaw and dislocated it like a snake to bite this 10 inch tall cheeseburger. The meat was flamed broiled and was cooked so good I did not want to take the last bite. The char was perfect and it did not overwhelm the taste of the meat but complemented every component of the cheeseburger. Great choice. The fries looked seasoned but they did not have that over powering seasoned taste, they were crispy and hot and went very well with the flamed broiled meat. I then sat for awhile to take in the joy of others and wished I had my family here too and enjoy the establishment. I sat so long I convinced myself to get the brownie with ice cream and chocolate and caramel drizzle. OMG!! MMMMMMM… Now this made me feel so satisfied and relaxed that this made the night. Go try this place and take what you do out of the atmosphere and hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Highly recommend garlic parm & mango haberno.
Their appetizer, bacon covered steak skewers, were delicious too!
Only have gotten takeout, but they are always quick, super nice, and never forget silverware or sauces which is great.

First off, the staff is super attentive. They were on top of getting me a drink and coming back around to get my food order. Second, the buffalo chicken Parmesan pasta is incredible. Definitely coming back as much as possible!

Unfortunately, this visit was not a good experience. The food and drinks were extremely disappointing, and the service was not what it used to be.
Our waitress, Victoria, served us. I ordered a lemon drop, which tasted watered down, and my friend ordered an Old Fashioned and asked for extra cherries. Victoria informed us the cherries were $0.50 each, even though they were just regular small cherries—not bourbon cherries. She then went on to say that a case costs $300, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional.
I later ordered a Casamigos with a splash of pineapple juice and light ice, but the drink came out the complete opposite of what I asked for.
For food, we ordered jerk wings, fries, and flautas. The wings tasted plain with no real jerk flavor, and my friend felt the flautas were overcooked for his liking.
Overall, the service and quality were far below what I’ve experienced here in the past. This visit was very disappointing, and I expected much better.

Leaving The Mills late from shopping and popped up on google was this spot. 1st time coming, so didn’t realize how “adult” it was here and brought the kid in to what seemed to be a popping bar restaurant… no hassles, little loud butall good. It has 2 pool tables, large tvs, and you do have to put ur card down hold to order anything. Had the appetizer sampler, turkey avocado sandwich, pizza roll, hoisin chicken taco, brioche parmesan chicken Caesar sandwich, and coleslaw was all very delicious! Aside from good array of booze choices, I would definitely come back again to eat after some retail therapy.
