This is a combination A&W and Long John Silvers location. I was there for LJS! Although they are known for fish i prefer their chicken!
I also ordered their popcorn shrimp for the first time and it was good! If you are like me the best thing you remember are the “crunchies!” They no longer come automatically you have to ask! If you do an online order mention in comments! There is no guarantee they include them though so ask! This time i asked when picking up even though I commented in order! The person at window asked if I wanted some. I naturally said yes and was shocked to see they actually included them in order!
Just note that all locations don’t allow app orders or include rewards! Fortunately this one did! Its out of my way but was in the area.

Food took a very long time I don’t understand why . Never got the food! Waited for no reason. When I asked about the food they looked at each other lost . Nobody was even in there when we ordered! Will not be back

This place is so great. Staff are welcoming, polite, accomodating, and patient (it had been 25 years since I had been to an A & W and /or a Long John Silver’s. As fur the latter, wow!… Has the menu changed. Forget all the deep fried heart – plug from the 1980s…lots of grilled options…and there is still they option. The grilled salad bowl.. shrimp and Salmon.. Perfect. GF on a diet and she knows what’s what. I hadnt had real A and W root beer in decades… Folks.. This is the MCcoy. So good…. So cold… Had the Papa Burger… These people care really take pride in what they’re doing. Hey Carol! You folks did an awesome job. RING THE BELL on the way out… Literally. Enjoy

My shake was delicious and decedent and tasted exactly like a pumpkin pie!!!

We shared the three piece chicken and two piece fish platter with a large amount of fries. The platter was 8.99 and add two small dri ks so the total was 13.00. Tried the cinnamon pups for desert they are really awful a greasy glob of dough covered with sugar.

Terrible customer service…. I was given the wrong order so I went back up there and had to stand with the bag in my hand for atleast 4-5 minutes waiting for someone… finally i was able too only to be told i was wrong and had to show them and pull apart both burgers so they can see.. which i think is very wrong especially with it being their mistake but after that she makes a tsk sound with her mouth goes back to the kitchen makes it gives me the burger after 5 minutes of waiting only for it to be wrong again.. I only wanted food not rude people and now my food taste bad because of it. Im Never coming here again terrible place.

We walked in, stood in line and when it was our turn to order the cashier walked away (we were NEVER even acknowledged at all). When she came back to the register she looked at us, pushed a button and walked away again to do something else. Again, no acknowledgement what so ever. We stood there for at least 10 minutes and eventually walked out without ordering and walked over to Firehouse Subs (which was completely the opposite experience and 100% reccomend over this place).
