I can not believe I just paid 30$ too wait half an hour for my food and not even get what I paid for! I ordered the pancake combo got no hash brown or butter or syrup . Like you got too be joking !

First time visiting and didn’t have a great experience. The people working seemed irritated we looked at the menu too long, irritated we took too long to order, irritated we asked for a turnover, irritated with questions about sauces, and even irritated that we paid in cash. Burgers were cold, buns were stale, tenders and fries were cold, way too expensive for the food quality and service. Side note is that the digital menu kept rapidly switching screens making it very difficult to read especially for first time visitors not familiar with the menu and definitely NOT accessible for folks with disabilities. If A&W intends to welcome all people, very important to have a static menu available that’s more readable. Unfortunately won’t be repeat customers based on our experience today

It use to be the best a&w until about a year ago. Not so much now.
The food isn’t always hot now, and the speed at which they work has slowed down.
If they improve their food again I will change it to 5 stars

By far the best A&W on the island. I always make a point of stopping here on my travels up and down island. The service is fantastic. Such sweet folks running the place. Food is good too.

Major attitude from young lady working the counter. This is not the first time dealing with this, so today I was extra kind and grateful and received rude attitude. I will make sure I exclude this from my daily routine now , I seriously don’t need this in the morning. If you don’t like dealing with the public get a job that does not involve customer service because you are providing none!!

Are food was cold, the only thing I can say positive is they gave us a credit for next time so they did try to make it right. However I would have rather had a hot meal when I ordered it.

Staff was great and helpfull. Meals came quick and was patient with me when I asked for utensils and extra napkins since they were out in the dispenser. Burgers were good. I will pass on the onion rings next time and get a double order of the poutine instead.
