Recently tried their Caprese Salad. It was a PERFECT balance between cheese and tomato with a delicate but bold drizzle of balsamic glaze. It was better than any Italian restaurant I’ve tried! Pair it with a good beer…I could be there all day!

Super disappointed with our experience last night. We were there from ~5-6:15pm on a Saturday evening and the place was dead. We were 1 of 3 tables. That should’ve been our first sign. We ordered the Bavarian pretzel appetizer which came quickly and was good, but we waited a long time for our 13” pizza. They were also “out of steak” for the original pizza we wanted to order. When our pizza finally arrived, it was super undercooked, barely cut, and also looked like it was a half/half of 2 different pizzas although it was just supposed to be a 13” Aviator (the Works). Half the slices on the pizza were missing toppings that the others had. My picture attached speaks for itself; it was really terrible. As we were leaving; we overheard one of the other tables complaining about how long it was taking to receive their food as well. Half of their table had already been served while the others were still waiting for theirs to come out. The woman working the pizza oven did not seem to know what she was doing. We’re not eager to go back anytime soon.

I had an awesome time here! The live music brought such a great energy to the place, and the wings were spot‑on—crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The beer selection is strong too, with plenty of great options on tap. Perfect spot to relax, listen to good music, and enjoy solid food and drinks.

Had a great experience at Aviator Brewery thanks to Jordan’s outstanding service. From the moment he helped our table, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made excellent recommendations, checked in at just the right times, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it without ever making us feel rushed.
Jordan’s positive attitude and professionalism really elevated the whole visit — you can tell he truly cares about customers having a great experience. Service like his is the reason we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend asking for Jordan if you visit!

I was very happy with our waitress. It was a low key environment at the time we visited and my group had a nice time. The food was tasty. The deduction of review points is based on gluten friendliness…I know that is always a risk at a pizza place. I am very sensitive, but the restaurant was not my decision, and I was told the gluten free crust was reliable. I think the toppings were perhaps the issue, but I cannot be sure. What I do know is that the food I ate here definitely caused a few days of reaction that was unpleasant and so I cannot recommend this place for gluten free options. My friends had a bit of an issue with burned food and lackluster salad.
The atmosphere was decent for what it aspires to be and on par for the Aviator chain.
However, I will reiterate that the food I ate was tasty and so it may well be worth your visit. The waitress was also exceptional. ❤️

Eric and Chandler were amazing!! So Eric made our pizza that I asked for. It’s so good! Ask for a ranch base, green peppers, red onion, bacon and chicken. They were very kind and hospitable we wished we could stay longer. We will be back! #aviatorpizzaandbeershop

The food here is decent. Good place if you want bar food (pizza, burgers, etc.). The staff are consistently awesome. It’s too bad the turnover is so frequent. It speaks a lot to the treatment of the employees. The beer here is terrible. The owner really should consider hiring an experienced brewmaster. It did wonders for The Mason Jar Brewery.

The staff (Sam) and manager (Jenny) were AWESOME. We are thinking of moving to the area and they made us feel so welcome I think Fuquay is going to be our place and a big part of it is the energy and wholesome feeling they gave us. To top it all off they played along with my outgoing personality and made our experience at Aviator top notch!

Have eaten here several times. Always enjoyed their pizza. Was happily surprised to find they’ve added to their menu since the last visit. Ordered the brand new item, lasagna; and it was amazing! Hearty! The chef, Erik, personally and proudly brought it to the table. It was the best homemade lasagna I’ve ever had!! I will definitely order again!
