We stopped in on a Tuesday night. The special on Tuesdays is all you can eat. They have multiple sauce options, our favorite was the meat sauce. It has a touch of sweetness. The bread is soooo warm and soft and is served before the meal with grass fed butter. We also ordered a gondola. (A sub, with meat, cheese, lettuce, and they brought out mayo which is optional) I personally like to dip the gondola in the meat sauce. I would definitely eat here again. A nice touch in my opinion is the hanging plants, they are real! A great atmosphere.

First time here as we passed through town. Salad was fresh and tasty, really enjoyed the house Italian dressing. My husband is vegetarian. We saw a cheese soup and assumed it would be okay as there was no note mentioning it but turned out to have bacon in it. Server was accommodating and did take it off our ticket. I got an Italian sausage beef deluxe. Menu stated it came with sauce or lettuce and tomato. When I asked the server for the lettuce and tomato she said it would be an upcharge so I chose not to. Food was alright. Service was good. Atmosphere was nice.

The place definitely has an old school vibe which isn’t necessarily bad, but the food is pretty subpar quality. THAT BEING SAID we did just get a chicken strip basket ($12ish) and a meatball sub ($10ish).
The highlight is the bread basket. It’s very sweet! The wait staff was also very kind and attentive.

Stopped in for a basic full-size gondola sandwich—nothing complicated. There were no customers ahead of me and four people working in the kitchen, yet it somehow took 25 minutes to get my order. The place wasn’t busy at all, so there’s really no excuse for that kind of wait time on a cold meat sandwich. By the time it came out, any appetite I had was gone. Definitely not worth the stop.

Server was friendly and helpful. Salad was a little small.. Food came out fast and hot. Meatballs added were a little disappointing. Were tiny in size was figuring more close to golf ball size. Cost of extra dressing was a tad too high IMO for a paper cup of maybe an ounce and a half of dressing. Overall had a nice meal. Will stick to ordering no extras, not really needed and would rather be better spent on dessert.

Everything about Avantis has gone down hill over the past few years. Prices have increased and they literally charge for every single thing (package of mustard… $.50, want a fork for your food $.50, I’m surprised they don’t charge for napkins). They take forever and they don’t ever remember to bring your food out if you come when it’s not ready. Back in the day you could walk in and order a pizza bread and it would be ready in five minutes. Today we ordered one at a non peak, not busy time and showed up at 15 minutes not ready, parked, waited another 10 minutes went inside, still not ready, another 5 minutes later (so now 30 minutes for a single pizza bread) I overheard the manager say “I don’t know what the big deal is it said it wouldn’t be ready until 5:50”. It was now 6:00 and 30 minutes after ordering. So rude all the time.

The food here was hot but low quality. It’s the McDs of Italian. If your budget is low or you have a lot of kids this place is for you. Not bad. Just not a satisfying meal for taste. Cheap but fresh hot bread if unknown origin (Italian?). Real butter tho!

Price is reasonable, but everything is so sweet. The bread is sweet, the sauce is sweet, the house dressing is sweet. Got the spaghetti with bruschetta mix and mozzarella. The pasta was okay, but enjoyable. The cheese… was not expecting to have too chew my cheese.
