This place is a gem. I’ve recently discovered them via Google while hunting down good salmon. Shootout to the crew and cook here, they’re top notch.
Want to make a strong point, I’m very picky with seafood and there aren’t many places that serve it in high quality as it should but this place really blew me away especially their salmon. As you guessed it, I ordered a garlic herbed/marinated salmon w/side of rice and 2 skewers of garlic lemon shrimp. Don’t forget the tahini dip. This is in my opinion the top seafood in Wayne County atleast shrimp/salmon wise. Prices are very fair for the portion size and my goodness I can’t get enough of their menu. I hear they have an amazing breakfast menu, haven’t tried yet but do plan to change that soon. If you’re looking for top notch seafood, these guys are hands down a top choice. Paired with excellent customer service, they make it very difficult to not run back and becoming a regular. Looking forward to trying other items off their menu. When I order it again, I’ll update this review with food pics as I was too busy inhaling the deliciousness in front of me.

The restaurant wasn’t crowded, so I was a bit surprised that the service was a little slow. Overall, though, the food was good and the service was pleasant. I do think the staff should be mindful of where they stand when taking orders—male servers with male customers and female servers with female customers. As for the food, the pictures speak for themselves. As seafood always expensive; expect to spend some money. Their breakfast is half-price this week.

Well, this restaurant was called Khalaf, but the later opened a bigger Branch nearby, and this restaurant is now called Aliz, I wish their Seafood was live, but it wasn’t, we ordered some barbecued or grilled seafood, but it arrives drenched in oil. We doubt that it has been grilled. And some other dishes like the shrimp and the soup, feels like they were microwaved. I hope they change. The owner or the manager was very pushy and salesy. Their bread was fantastic and fresh out of the oven. Oh and the bill was 120+ for 3 people. I don’t think its worth it.

Outstanding experience at Aliz Seafood and Grill House. The seafood was extremely fresh and delicious, portions were generous, and the flavors were spot on. Service was fast and very friendly.
