Austin Republic in North Palm Beach delivers outstanding barbecue with equally impressive service. We ordered the brisket, a brisket melt, and a pulled pork sandwich, and every item was flavorful, tender, and perfectly cooked. The brisket was smoky and juicy, the melt rich and satisfying, and the pulled pork piled high and well seasoned. Service was friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming, making the meal even better. The only drawback was the music, which was a bit too loud for easy conversation. Still, the quality of the food and service makes Austin Republic a spot worth returning to again soon definitely.

We really enjoyed our first experience here. The strawberry skinny margarita I had was phenomenal and I cannot say enough good things about their espresso martini. It was absolutely the best espresso that I have ever had highly recommend trying it.
We had the barbecue but definitely will be back to try the Mexican side of things. The barbecue was really tender and moist. Highly recommend giving it a try.
The staff all were excellent, the bartender, especially was very friendly and informative

Surprisingly amazing spot we went to, massive bar with a bit too many TV’s for my taste but the bartenders were super friendly and fun, the vibe was great and the food! The food! Wow was just awesome flavors! Me and my friend had a bottle of wine and the meat platter with sides, everything was super tasty I shall return!

There’s a separate little area with arcade games and Photo Booth that keep the kids entertained, so everyone gets to enjoy themselves. Best Texas brisket east of Texas! It was so good you could cut it with a fork, no knife or sauce needed. You better be wearing socks when you visit because it will knock your socks off! Service was friendly and attentive. Margaritas were on par, environment was spacious, and they have yard games. Big difference I noticed from Texas was that the brisket was served on an interesting tray (see photo). And just like the terminator “I’ll be back”

Amazing BBQ and such a welcoming, family-friendly spot! The food was delicious (the brisket, chicken and beans were our favorites), and the staff was so kind with our kids. Comfortable, fun atmosphere — we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for fantastic BBQ and a great time with family!

If your going here for the BBQ, its really not rhe best. This to me is a better bar than restaurant. The Texas BBQ they serve is really not a great representation. The portions were incredibly small. First ,they don’t open till 4pm. This means they don’t serve lunch. The combo platter i ordered consisted of two tacos of the same kind a meat and one side. The Tacos had hardly any meat and were the size of a silver dollar pancake on the small side. The one slice of brisket you get seemed like it was warmed in the microwave. The brisket looked un appetizing. The side of watery beans was salty.the brisket was luke warm and hard. The plating was not done well,it made the portions look even smaller. The service on the other hand was good and the server was great. The atmosphere was nice and the bar was large. Go for drinks, not the food.

Terrific new place to eat and drink in North Palm Beach! Food was delicious, and service was friendly and attentive. Order the Mexican Corn Ribs appetizer! Sooo good! Bar & billiards area looked like a lot of fun. We’ll definitely go back to Austin Republic.
