Absolutely worth it! We had a 4:30 reservation in hopes of catching a spectacular sunset view and we sure did. It was a delicious dinner (beef tartare appetizer, my husband had the quail dish and I had the scallops) with a breathtaking view. Hats off to this operation because everything gets up to the restaurant via gondola (employees, groceries, etc). If you’re hesitant about trying just go!

Everything we had at this restaurant was amazing. Marisa was our waitress and she was so attentive and helpful with menu choices. The only thing I wish is that the outdoor area heaters were on So people could Go out there after dinner for drinks in the winter. That would be a huge asset to the restaurant for sure!

This place is an absolute good. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm, welcoming. The food? Amazing.
Service deserves a round of applause attentive, friendly, and fast without ever feeling rushed.
The staff was very nice too, and helped us hanging our coats.
Whether you’re coming for a casual meal or a special occasion, this restaurant delivers every single time. Highly recommend. Will be back.

Wow! Just wow!! Myself and 5 good buddies had an amazing experience from the moment walking in until the time we left. Timely and professional service from all the staff. The food was prepared to perfection-we had the whole roasted pig. Flavorful, juicy and delicious. The 6 of us couldn’t finish the whole spread. Then dessert…I don’t care how full you are, you must indulge!! To top it off, the views! Whether you just grab a drink or choose the whole dinning experience, you won’t be disappointed. Excited to return to try other dishes. Highly recommend

The gondola ride to the summit makes this restaurant a unique place to dine. The food was delish and the views were spectacular. Definitely try to get a reservation before sunset and order the fondue!

This spot was such an unexpected surprise at the top of the mountain. Once we got up there, we found out you could actually grab some drinks—something locals probably already know, but it caught us off guard in the best way. The view is absolutely fantastic, and the cocktails were spot on. You can enjoy them inside with some really good food, or take them up to the terrace for a more private view. One quick heads-up: at least the day we were there, the elevator didn’t go back down, so you’ll need to take the stairs (just two floors, nothing bad). Honestly, don’t let that stop you—this place was a true gem.

Stunning views, but shockingly poor service.
I rarely write reviews—especially negative ones—despite being in the restaurant industry for over a decade and having grown up here in Jackson. I understand the pressure restaurants are under and tend to give grace when things fall short. But this experience truly warrants saying something.
This place has incredible potential, but the current execution—both in service and food—is unacceptable.
There was absolutely no visible management presence. Our server disappeared for most of the evening, only showing up to take our order. We started with drinks and appetizers, but she didn’t return to take our entrée order until the kitchen was calling last call. When the food finally arrived, it was completely off: the lamb chops were raw, and my “medium rare” New York strip was practically blue.
To make matters worse, the server never once checked in on how anything turned out—she just dropped the check and left it at that.
I want to believe this place can improve. I’d be open to giving it another shot in a few months, hopefully under stronger leadership and better systems. The location and potential are there—just not the execution.

Aurora has an incredible view and was a nice dinner spot to watch the sunset. The host was very friendly and welcoming, even accommodating us for a seat by the window for our date night. The food was very good overall, though the lamb portion was small and chops were overly fatty. Service was not good, it took 25 minutes for someone to come over to our table to take a drink order, starting with “What do you want from the menu”. This place has incredible potential to be a fine dining and upscale experience, mostly needing improvement with the table service and attentiveness of wait staff.

Amazing food and beautiful presentation. Every dish is full of flavor and clearly made with great attention to detail. The atmosphere is elegant and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

Well….the 3 stars for atmosphere are on the architecture. Its obviously a committee designed building as most gummint buildings are.
Only restrooms are downstairs, entrance is hard to locate from the gondola station…
But the staff is great amd the menu is inter
