Have ordered pizza from this location with no problems at all. Decided to order sandwiches. Never again. Ordered combo and italian beef both on garlic bread ($2 extra per sandwich). Received rubbery beef on soggy untoasted bread. No garlic bread and almost inedible meat. We frequently order these sandwiches from Frankfort and they are always tender and perfect. This was a huge disappointment and a waste of money.

Their pizza has gone downhill. The flavor profile with the sauce isn’t the same. Cheese was dry and crispy.I use to order pizza on the reg. For years, Same with the Mokena location. I’ve been a costumer for 20 years and their pizza just isn’t what it use to be. Called to say somthing and the young manager didn’t seem to care at all.

I love Aurelio’s so much, it’s been a while since I’ve been there probably a few months ago. But I absolutely love how when I ordered a double sausage pizza they put the sausage underneath the cheese and then more sausage on top! Super unique way of doing it and it was awesome. I believe the person who helped was a young man named Carter. He was kind and answered all the questions I had!

We absolutely love Aurelio’s in New Lenox – hands-down one of very favorite go-to pizza spots. We’ve always had a great experience here, and this most recent one just confirmed why they’ll always be #1 in our eyes.
I accidentally put in the wrong delivery address and was super confused when the order didn’t arrive. When I called, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful as we figured out the mix-up. Once we realized it was my mistake, I spoke with the manager, Calvin, who couldn’t have been more professional and understanding. They were genuinely kind regarding the late delivery even though it was on me.
The pizza and toasted ravioli, as always, were amazing – but it’s the people behind Auelio’s that make this place truly special. Huge thanks to Calvin and the team. Can’t sing your praises enough!

I don’t even know where to start. Pizza was below average and not hot. Dont even order the stuffed. Its like a pizza sized hot pocket.My cheese sticks and breaded mushrooms were cold like they were sitting while my pizza was cooking. Never again will I order from here. I’m gonna stick with beggars.

Smaller than Homewood location, but clean & friendly service. Super six pizza was a little underdone but the beer was cold. Ate in the bar area. No one was there at 4pm but by 5 pretty crowded & noisy.

Worst sandwiches ever. Ordered two beef sandwiches with mozzarella cheese, peppers on the side and fries with no salt. Delivered cold dry sandwiches, rubbery beef with pieces of cheese so small you had to look for them on the roll, no peppers (and you pay extra for these) and bottom of the basket fries with salt. Waste of money, give us Portillo’s any day.
Seven months later and thought we would try the beef sandwiches again. Biggest mistake and even more disappointed. Absolutely no flavor at all. Like eating rubber on wet bread. Don’t waste your time as we definitely won’t.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. If you want Aurelio’s order from the Frankfort location. The extra drive time is well worth it, they’re great. I have been living in NL for over 20 years and this particular location has consistently been mediocre at best. Go to Frankfort, their Aurelio’s is fantastic
I cannot stress enough how terrible this pizza was. I ordered a large double pepperoni pizza and the pizza looked and tasted as if it was reheated from three days ago. The cheese was dried, even though I picked it up at the correct time and the food was still hot. I threw out what I didn’t finish, not even worth it as leftovers.
