First time visit in a very long time. Stopped in for lunch. Decided to try one of my favorites and got the lunch portion of chicken enchiladas with red sauce with a side of beans. It does come with another side but I opted for only one. The beans were soupy which I really enjoyed. The chicken in the enchiladas was very good. The salsa with the chips tasted very fresh. I had saw on other reviews that service could be spotty. I can only say that service today was very good. I will be back to check on some of my other favorites.

I live in the area and have been coming here for a relaxed – home town feel cafe- the vegetarian burrito is impeccable! Has all the vegetables in it- like long green beans, brocolli, radish etc.
The SALSA VERDE is too die for, remember to ask for it seperately with your meals. The portion is amazing as well for $12, I remember it used to be $9 like 2 years ago but totally worth it.
Tip- Have it with fries instead of salad- they’re banger!

A real hole in the wall Mexican restaurant in Claymont.
Food is always delicious and comes out hot. There is no wait staff just one waitress, however service is generally good we tip well enough that the all of the waitresses remember us so service is not a problem.
I would give five stars, however they might need to do a little house cleaning every once in a while.
