Interior of the restaurant is quite aged. Service was polite and relatively quick. The food was not great, the pancakes I had were dark-colored as if having been cooked on a dirty grill. Prices were standard, albeit high for the experience. Our groups’ dishes as a whole weren’t attractive in appearance or flavorful. Overall a poor experience despite service being good.

Disappointing Service Experience – Not Worth the Convenience
I had breakfast at this restaurant located inside the Seaport Hotel building. The food was just okay – nothing memorable – but the real issue was the service.
The waitress was clearly having a rough day, but unfortunately took it out on customers. She came across as unfriendly and disengaged, not just with me but with others as well. From my seat, I could see part of the staff area, and at one point she threw a menu down in frustration, which jarring to watch.
To make things worse, she brought me the check before I was even halfway through my meal. This bill included an automatic 18% service fee, which might explain the complete lack of incentive to provide decent service.
Overall, the experience felt rushed and unpleasant. Disappointing and honestly a bit shameful given the location. I won’t be returning.

The service here is amazing every time but the food is pretty boring. My goat cheese ham and caramelized onion omelette had very little of any of those things. The eggs Benny I had two days before was not cooked fresh. I prefer the small cafe in the hotel to the restaurant.

Overall, conveniently located breakfast place in the hotel. A large selection of breakfast menu – ranging from healthy to comfort food and everything in-between. I have been here many many times but still can’t tell if OJ is fresh or boxed! My fav dish here is grilled blueBerry muffin followed by fresh fruit parfait. You have to get in early by 8 or wait for the table in the morning. Service is fast but a bit rushed. Overall value for money 4 stars.

Great breakfast! Sometimes they have a buffet option. Super friendly staff. Conveniently located in the Seaport hotel, if you are staying there.

We stayed at the seaport hotel and the first morning here did not feel like looking for a place to eat, so we came down here. The food was not bad but it was ridiculously overpriced. Between our 3 year old, my wife and I, we spent $85, which covered 2 coffees, a bagel sandwich, a standard scrambled egg breakfast, and an order of pancakes from the kids menu. There are much better options within walking distance, taste and price wise.

The all you can eat breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot to offer. Later in the evening we went to the bar for cocktails and appetizers. The calamari and buff chkn nachos were also delicious. The main reason why I wanted to write a review is because of the buffet waitstaff and bartenders. The customer service was excellent in the am and pm. They all went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. Even knowing their tips were included. The entire place inc restrooms were extremely clean as well.

Really good breakfast food and service. Large portions too. Surprising for a hotel restaurant. Lots of nice vegan options if that’s your thing. Server was top notch. If the potatoes weren’t cold I would have given 5 stars.

They pretend to be a part of the hotel but they are not. Our waiter came to our table, offered us apple juice in a pitcher giving the impression it was complimentary as it is in many restaurants and then charged us $6. The coffee is bad and also costs $6. The service is included and waiter did not say it was included. Be careful with this place.

Very poor service from hostess and waiters . We are regular customers of the hotel . The hotel just lost us permanently because of the breakfast this morning .
EDIT: The restaurant staff responded accusing us of assaulting a waiter and moving tables forcibly when we had a 1 year old baby in our arms and 6 year old by our side. My god, how and why would we do this? OR is it more likely we asked the tables to be moved and one of us tapped a waiter on the shoulder?
