So I went to Arby’s and got the box deals. Good price for the product, great fish sandwich, peach pie thing was surprisingly good. My issue was the drink it came with, sprite had too much carbonation, tasted nasty, I asked the server to replace it and he looked at me like I cussed him out. Replaced with 1/2 unsweetened tea, 1/2 lemonade. Bitter bitter taste, update on lemonade drink tastes like he just put lemonade in the sprite, nasty. Need to work on their drinks and courtesy just a bit.

Excellent serive and food. This is our must stop between home and Petersburg. They’ve always been quick with service and food is always fresh cooked and hot. I have never met a rude person who has been working there either. Looking for a quick, hot meal? This is your place. Fabulous crinkle fries seasoned just right and awesome hamburgers…when they serve them. No complaints at all!

We ordered our food through the drive thru at dinner time. Drove 2 minutes home and our food was COLD not just not warm but COLD. The fries were tough and chewy. Other items we ordered are usually prepared fresh like a reuban, yet everything seemed to have been in the warming trays for hours.
You would think for the expensive price tag Arby’s charges over other fast food places at least I could count on fresh HOT food.

One of the cleanest Arby’s I’ve been to. It was nice walking in and seeing them actively cleaning and getting along, like they actually liked each other.
Fresh food was also a welcome surprise. Too many times in the last few months, I’ve ordered and the fries/potato cakes were 2 or 3X dunked in oil. Today the fries and poppers were fresh even though the shop wasn’t *that* busy.
The overall experience reflects well on the management, as well as the employees. (The employees working 08-02-23 @ ~13:30 deserve a raise, though.

Visiting the Disputanta Arby’s was a great experience. We were warmly greeted by several members of the staff. It threw me off for a minute as I’m not used to a fast food experience being so friendly. A super nice young man from Puerto Rico took our order and with Chelsea’s assistance wa able to accommodate my request. Both thanked me for my business. Super friendly, helpful service and fresh potato cakes right out of the fryer and their shake machines work! Doesn’t get much better! Kudos to the crew and whoever trained them!

My last 3 visits have been awful, culminatinating in my making a phone call. It takes a lot for me to complain, but today just put the cap on it. For the 3rd time, my order was screwy. Ordered a beef and cheddar…. It came with Arby’s sauce and almost NO cheese sauce. Not only that, the workers don’t listen or pay attention. I ordered crinkle fries, and when I got on the road, I found they not only put curly fries in the bag, but they even entered it wrong.
When I called the manager, he was less than helpful. I’m so mad I could spit. They have lost a customer for good.

I used the drive thru 2 times now. They were speedy in taking my order, money, and in getting my order to me. The food was well prepared and even looked nicely put together and appetizing! That’s rare for fast food these days! Both times my fries were piping hot as well. I would recommend eating here and I will return as well! Nice staff, great service! A rare gem in the fast food market.
