Walked in and immediately was greeted by Bella. She was very helpful in showing me what is a good choice here. With tons of enthusiasm, Natasha came leaping to the registers with a christmas dashing carol of food songs. It was literally crazy then Bryson started to do backup singing that was absolutely enlightening. I couldn’t believe the story of happiness we encountered. I will definately be recommending this spot to friends and family even if they don’t sing everytime it was a pleasure coming here tonight.

I had an amazing experience at Auntie Anne’s, and a huge part of that was thanks to the cashier, Natasha. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming, which made the visit feel extra pleasant from the start. The food was just as great—fresh, hot, and perfectly made. The pretzels were soft, buttery, and full of flavor, and everything tasted like it was made with care. Natasha’s positive attitude and great customer service really stood out and made the whole experience even better. This location definitely delivers both great food and great service. I’ll absolutely be back!

I had a really great experience at Auntie Anne’s thanks to both the amazing food and the wonderful service. The pretzels were fresh, hot, and tasted incredible—soft on the inside with the perfect amount of buttery flavor. Natasha, the cashier, was so friendly and welcoming, and she made the whole experience quick and enjoyable. Her positive attitude and great customer service really stood out. This location never disappoints, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Every time I stop by Auntie Anne’s, I’m reminded why I love it so much. The food is always fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious—soft pretzels that are perfectly baked and full of flavor. On top of that, the service is outstanding. Natasha, the cashier, was especially great—super kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even better. It’s clear she cares about customers and takes pride in her work. Between the amazing food and excellent service, this Auntie Anne’s is always a win. Highly recommend!

The lady behind the counter was very friendly. She made it so that I got my food in a timely manner. She said 10 mins and delivered in 8. Had a great time talking with them. All 3 employees were cool and relaxed while preforming their jobs to a high level of excellence.
Thank you very much for a pleasurable visit with my daughter there.

Took about 20 minutes for 2 drinks, there were 4 people working and 2 customers in front of us that had ordered 1-2 things each. I ordered a smoothie and the drinks consistency was water, so disappointing spending $15 for something I won’t even drink. Not worth asking them to remake it either, the customer service is non existent and it would have taken another 20 minutes.

The dark haired girl working the register on Saturday morning (November 29th) had the personality of a wet sponge. She did not greet us, definitely didn’t even pretend to be at a paying job, and was quite literally perched with one butt cheek on the counter. The staff member in the back training a new girl seemed very thorough and friendly. The pretzels were fresh and perfect.

The staff seems really happy and appears to get along very well. Okay, now that the positive part is out of the way, here’s what I experienced.
Online ordering on both apps is unavailable, but they do have a place for online orders, so I guess that’s coming.
Online price for pretzel dog is $3.99. Price in the store is $5.49.
I waited 31 minutes for two pretzel dogs after being told “that’ll be right out.”
Got home and opened up the dogs, and they were burnt. Very burnt. See pics.
If you pay by credit card, you get presented with the option to tip before you live this fantastic experience.
Unlike other posts, I was the only one there when I walked in. Seven people got served before I got my food. All drinks. A couple of the drinks when they were picked up still had stuff dripping down the sides, and there were no napkins in the dispenser.
I was offered some cinnamon something because the wait was so long, which I turned down. I had already been sitting there for over 30 minutes and it was at least 78° in that store. I just had no interest.
Again, the staff seemed really happy, was really nice, and seemed like they were having a good time, and I’m sure that the drinks were great, even if a couple were a little messy. So, order your drink, make sure they’ve got napkins before you get one, and only get food that’s sitting in the display. After reading these posts, if I were them, I would ditch the Auntie Anne’s portion and just stick with Jamba. In the half hour I was sitting there, it was very clear no one was there for food except for me and one other person who was still waiting for their food when I left and had been there for at least 15 minutes. There were at least eight employees working, so this is not a staffing issue.

Was a life changing experience Bella did a great job making my smoothie after one sip I knew this place was in good hands with her in charge then Emma was trying to make me fall in love with her. I could really feel the love she put into my pretzel I might have to marry her one day if I’m being honest and Bryson don’t even get me started on that guy he was awesome the level of service he provided was amazing I would honestly sacrifice my first born child for him that’s how good he is 10/10 I might have to eat here every day

$27.32 for 1 original pretzel, 1 small pepperoni pretzel nuggets, small lemonade, and a small strawberry wild smoothie. Prompted to tip… The food was okay 6.5/10. The cheese sauce is $1 for a small processed cold cheese dip..not impressed, won’t be back. Staff was pleasant. But for what you get I way rather go to Wendy’s, Tollgate Bakery, Joe’s Donuts, or Scooters.
