It’s disappointing because people come here wanting to support the business, but instead leave frustrated. Looking at the other reviews, it seems I’m not alone. Hopefully Auntie Anne’s corporate takes notice, because this location is giving a great company a bad name.
I said I would wait but the guy kept saying no I don’t have it. I am like wow.. they are gonna to lose this location if they keep doing this. I am not wasting another dollar here.
I presented the supposed Owner with my app, which shows I can make an in-store purchase or use the app for any pretzel product.
He told me that the coupon was for a bucket and I showed him several rewards I earned. He is sometimes very rude and then sometimes okay. I believe he doesn’t understand the difference of the requirements.
I read the reward to him and then he said it was for delivery. I showed him again for in-store purchase. Then, he said you need to scan the code. There was no code which I tried to show him. He told me to leave his store and not come back.
I stepped out of the line, so he could service other people and review the coupon. He didn’t want to look over the reward and again, told me not to come back. I walked out without my treat.
I told him some time you’re okay and are sometimes downright rude. Overall, I don’t blame it on language barrier. I believe as an Owner should understand his reward page and requires training to assist anyone and me, a repeat customer.
On my Google review page, I initially gave him a good review, yet I find myself in a more than unusual humbling stance to not tick him off. There has been other instance, as far as not hot pretzels I purchased and just said forget, well not this time. I appreciate a response and he needs to receive trading on products, rewards and customer service.
