Had no pretzels except 3 sad looking pretzel dogs and a few cups of pretzels bites. Reculantly I brought one of each…Instantly regretting first bite of the mini pretzels…super salty to the point even drinking water didnt get the salty taste out of my mouth…Quality control doesnt not exist…apparently in the location…

Food is good but the person taking our order lacks customer service skills. He asked us if we were ready to order and continued his conversation with the employee next to him, so he was only half listening when we told him what we wanted. When he started grabbing the wrong food item, we politely corrected him. The he had the nerve to passive aggressively made it our fault even though he wasn’t listening. It’s just so odd because as someone who has worked retail, I always just assume I messed up and take accountability. Frustrating experience to say the least.

How does a pretzel place not have any pretzels made? 3 employees
were just standing around while we watched them turn people away due to lack of product made. They were also out of lemonade.

Worst place raw pretzels. Your girl said they don’t have a almond pretzels and gave my kids a cinnamon one and they just bite it! there was a raw dough and I came back to to them in 1 minute she was putting almond ones tot he tray 🙂 tataaaaa can not understand people like this!!! Not professional at all! Deserved negative star but no choice have to give them 1 star they don’t deserve it either!!!!! No go

There weren’t any pretzels or anything else ready to order. They said there would be a 20 minute wait for pretzel dogs and an 8 minute wait for pretzels. 1 star because there were a few cinnamon pretzels available for purchase, but that’s literally all there was.

At 11am at Chesapeake House rest stop on I-95, case was full of food, but staff says “not open yet.” I ask, “What time do you open?,” and I’m told it will be 25-30 minutes or so. No set time to open the business? Does the food normally sit there for a half hour? No posted hours on the website either? Now I have a disappointed kid for another two hours for the rest of our drive.

Very friendly staff, ensured my wife got a fresh pretzel of her preference. They even told us how to navigate some of the local traffic, excellent customer service.

Who is the franchisee? Who is under the impression that this place is open for business.
Pretty monitors displaying the menu are on but employees are no where to be found.
Big disappointment.
