Word is Augusta’s makes great chicken and the word is on point. Located in the plaza across from Pheasant Lane Mall, Augusta’s is easily seen from the main road and has plenty of parking. You order at the counter and wait for your order then pay by the door. There is also a massive salad bar which feels more like a throwback these days but you can never go wrong filling up a container. Back to the chicken. Great coating and cooked perfectly to trap in the juices and flavor. I ordered the “Italian” which is a chicken cutlet with gravy and your choice of cheese {Provolone, naturally, was mine). The gravy was plain. The bread was fresh. The chicken definitely stands out. Also grabbed a container of the buffalo chicken pasta salad. This can be a meal on its own with good size pieces of chicken and a mild buffalo sauce. It is a short drive from The Nash Casino which makes it a better option for lunch or dinner or late night snacking compared to the area chains.

The management is extremely helpful and pleasant. My car was hit by their dumpster gate in the Dunkin drive through and the manager Joe went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He even gave me some chicken to try and it was excellent. I would highly recommend coming here. The chicken is so good and it’s always good to support a business that makes sure to take care of not only their own customers but the people around them. Thank you very much for your helpfulness and professionalism.

I have heard of this place and went for the first time today. I wasn’t in the mood for chicken (I hear it is fantastic) so I opted for the salad and soup bar for takeout.
The salad bar is impeccably clean with a huge variety.
I got a small bowl of chili and when I tasted it when I got home I wished I had purchased a larger size. It’s fantastic!
When I went to pay the cashiers had difficulty with either the scale or the register, as the total for my salad was over $200.
They were very pleasant and got it sorted out quickly and I honestly thought it was kind of funny.
I was there at around 11 am and I hope they don’t have the same problem during lunchtime!
I will certainly return and try the chicken. Definitely getting a large chili next time!

This was my second visit to this location, and it’s always easy to get to with plenty of parking. You can’t beat grabbing my favorite Dunkin’ iced coffee and some chicken bites all in the same lot — such a great spot!

I was really impressed today when I witnessed a manager, Darrell, handle a missed order for the customer ahead of me. He was polite, apologetic, and quickly made things right by getting their food out fast and compensating the family’s order. The customer left happy and understanding, which says a lot about his leadership.

Darrell is clearly doing an excellent job training his team. Great choice for management! I’ve been a longtime Billerica customer, and this location continues to impress.

Ordered turkey sub today. Overloaded with Turkey had to pull half out of sub. Instead of sliced onions and pickles you get big bitter chunks! Uggg. The pickles were old, old , old chewy not crisp. The tomatoes were also weird big old chewy chunks. They have no idea about condiments and when to toss old condiments. Your option is oil not oil and vinegar which gives much flavor. I was so excited when they moved to Tyngsboro. What I disappointment! Market Basket is right down the road. They make a great sub. Won’t be back.

I have ordered both the chicken bites and the Italian Chicken Cutlet Sub. Both times the chicken was completely dry with absolutely no moisture. The chicken itself has no taste/seasoning and relies on the sauces to provide any taste.

The “famous” chicken is very bland, you’ll definitely need some sauce. The fries are very soggy and the cranberry chicken salad seems to have been tossed in some kind of vegetable(?) oil. The cranberry chicken salad was so bad that we retuned it. The cashier told us she did not know how to make change for the cash we tried to pay with and the register did not tell her how much change to give us.

I love this place and I’m wishing for your success. I was so excited to come here check out is a little confusing.Would love to pay well I wait seems to be a waste of your time to wait for your food then wait in line to pay. I couldn’t wait too try your chicken parm but disappointed when I opened up to find no cheese at all on a chicken parm?
