Great quick stop on the boat for a bite to eat, boat gas, bait or a cold beer while out on Eagle Mountain Lake! This is a no frills grill with great service and a phenomenal view of the lake. I cannot speak for the inside as we have not eaten inside but the patio has a typical lake grill vibe. Meals come in boxes and are great for taking to go or wrapping up to throw away. Boat launch service also available here. There is also a dock for fishing with a small bait/fuel shop.

If I were to have any complaints it would be the tables could use a decent wipe down. Not a deal breaker as it is a patio with ducks and bird coming and going. We will be back!!

We did not actually eat in the restaurant. Though it seemed to have a fun atmosphere . We fished on the pier. The cost is $4 per person. If no one is there to collect money there is an honor box to place the money in. There is a little bait shop out on the pier. It was not open yet so I cannot review it. The pier has 3 benches out on the end. It has 2 benches under the awning by the bait shop. We really enjoyed fishing on the pier. We did not catch too much, I think because the water was still a little too cold. We heard from all that in the right conditions it is a really good fishing spot. It also has a place to put your boat in the water for $10. We would recommend this spot.

Great little dive bar tucked in the corner of Eagle Mountain Lake. The servers are always friendly and the prices are pretty reasonable. Food is decent, good variety of drinks.

Not sure how much lake traffic there is in the summer, but a floating dock for boats and pwc’s to easily pull up to would be a huge improvement. I come out on the lake sometimes in my friends boat and we would definitely stop by for some food and drinks if they had a lakeside “takeout” window.

Overall, pretty decent place but looks a little rough. Tables could use a light sanding and fresh coat of paint, but that’s just me being picky.

Come for the food, stay for the drinks and views. You won’t be disappointed.

The live music on the porch made us feel welcome right away! I came out to enjoy the sunset over the water, and the whole experience was wonderful. I’ve been away from Texas for a bit, so coming to a place like this made me feel like coming home. Definitely a great spot to unwind or hangout with friends.

Their catfish is the best I’ve had locally, and I’m a Louisiana Cajun girl, so that’s saying a lot. We’ve always had great servers, but Beth is my favorite. My husband left his credit card on new year’s and she tried her darndest to find us and get it back to us. She really went above and beyond!
The flies were bad last time we were there, but the food and service are worth it! I do wish they allowed dogs, ours love to join us out of the house. We usually sit outside b/c I think they allow smoking inside, or used to. We like the view of the lake, ducks and geese.

Old school spot! had some live music as well. Beautiful view on the lake, tbh one of the best ones on the lake. I was there at 4 pm, it wasn’t too busy but I’m sure during the night and sunset they get very busy

Great place on the lake 30 minutes for Fort Worth. Patio is great and the shade and coolers keep it bearable outside. Food was pretty much just burgers which were good. Negative was that a car in The parking lot had a busted out window that must have just happened before we got here. And the flys. It’s outside at the lake so I expect some flies but they were really bad

Went on Sunday after hiking FW Nature Center. Burgers and Bloody Marys are always fantastic. Love sitting out on the dock. Our server was a sweetheart. Never rushed us and checked on use often.

Love the vibe. We came in on a Sunday. The view is the gem of this place. The live music was pretty great. The service was good. The food is okay. I had the shrimp cocktail, husband had the frito pie. The kids’ burgers were so good. Fries were so good.
