Easily one of the best pizza places in the Cleveland area. We drive about 30 minutes to Auggies and are never disappointed. Our whole family loves all their food/pizzas but don’t sleep on the mozzarella squares, ribs and subs. Always a great family atmosphere with a friendly and accommodating staff. The owner, Joe is awesome. Highly recommend!

My first time at Augie’s was approximately 20 years ago. Had ribs and pizza and didn’t enjoy my meal at all.
Tonight, March 2023 was my first time back since then. When we walked in there was a sign saying wait to be seated, a woman behind the desk said someone will be right with us.
After several uncomfortable minutes standing at the sign, we were told to pick either of the booths up front. Several minutes later a waitress came by and gave us menus but did not even take a drink order. Several minutes after that she told us that their “technology” wouldn’t link our order to our table if we could move to a different booth….. (There’s probably 10 tables with six tables already occupied and eating, how hard would it be to really know where the order goes?) But we move to another booth anyway. After being there for probably 12 to 15 minutes not getting any attention or a drink order taken, we decide to leave and try a competitor across the street.
Maybe we’ll try again in 2043….
UPDATE 3-29-23
The owner reached out and apologized for the fiasco earlier in the month. My wife and I decided to give it another shot, and we are very happy we did! The service and food excellent! We ordered a pizza and a half rack of ribs dinner. Everything was perfectly cooked and tasty. I’m kind of a cole slaw connoisseur, and the Cole slaw was excellent! We will definitely be back to try some of their other offerings. Check it out, it’s worth it!

Excellent meal! Chicken Parmesan with Spaghetti, Salad with cheese, olives, hot pepper rings, bread and butter! Tons of food, tasted great.

We had our family Christmas there this Saturday. As always food was excellent, but we also enjoyed our server Neil. He was pleasant and attentive. Augie’s Pizza is the best place around, hands down.

Delicious pizza but the dining in experience isn’t ideal for a couple dining out. I would recommend this place for take out. There is constant ringing of the phone that you can hear since the place is so small. Also it can get super busy around 5 pm so be aware there may be a long wait time to be seated.

Wanted to stop in to buy a half sheet of pizza. I drove by, saw a worker girl near the front entrance watering flowers with a hose in one hand and a cigarette in another. No thanks, anymore. I don’t want to go there and get covered in their employee’s cigarette smoke stink as im walking in the front entrance. Makes you wonder what cigarette hands are making your pizza.
I have tried Augie’s pizza before at a summer party I was invited to. They had purchased Augie’s pizza. The pizza was great and delicious! I wanted to buy it myself personally. Unfortunately, the low review is because I could not eat at Augie’s or purchase a to go pizza without being covered with their workers cigarette smoke. The post online, instead of emailing Augie’s directly, is so other customers who do not wish to get covered in Augie’s workers cigarette smoke will know to stay away from this business.

First time trying it and omg the sauce is the best sauce I’ve ever tried!!! Perfect thickness and literally the best cheese pizza we’ve ever had so far. Also, the stromboli was made to perfection! Will be ordering again and again !
