Steaks are cooked over a wood fired open grill which imbues the meats with delicious flavor. Sides are equally delectable, especially the Parmesan fries. The lemon creme brulee is a must have.
Ambience of the restaurant is modeled after a churrascaria with a modern twist. Service from the wait staff was good and personable despite the restaurant being filled to capacity.
The only minor complaint I have is that the tables are place too closely together to maximize occupancy. This made navigating around the tables on a Saturday night slightly challenging.
I highly recommend Aufieri & Martinez as a great alternative to more stuffy steakhouses.
The drinks were excellent; the martini was absolutely delicious. The food exceeded expectations—the molleja was incredibly soft and flavorful, and the steak was perfectly cooked, well done, and very tasty.
The space itself is warm and inviting, with nice music that creates a relaxed and enjoyable vibe. Overall, a wonderful dining experience that I would highly recommend
I understand the restaurant is newly opened and it was a busy Friday, but service issues were constant. Food runners repeatedly brought the wrong dishes to our table, which was disruptive.
We started with the burrata and an empanada — both were fine but nothing memorable.
The biggest issue was my drink. I ordered a Diet Coke (and confirmed it), but when it arrived it was actually a Jack and Coke. That is a serious mistake. The replacement Diet Coke came in a completely different glass, so staff should clearly know the difference between a cocktail and a soda. I don’t care about paying $4 for a Diet Coke — the issue is that nothing was done to make it right. Serving alcohol to someone who didn’t order it is a big deal. I can’t imagine if my child had been with me and ordered it instead.
Our entrées (entraña and ribeye) were cooked perfectly medium rare with generous portions. The $10 vegetable medley, however, was very small.
Dessert was also a miss — the flan was unappetizing and overcooked, though it was removed from the bill. Service overall was slow. I get that it’s season in Naples, but attention to detail and accountability matter. Unfortunately, this experience missed the mark.
We especially want to highlight the service provided by Sebastián, who was very attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our visit, always making sure we had everything we needed and offering excellent recommendations.
This is definitely a place we would return to and recommend to anyone looking for great meat and excellent service.
Making the reservation was unnecessarily difficult…15 minutes on the phone, repeating my number multiple times, and no confirmation ever received. Upon arrival at 6PM on a Wednesday to a nearly empty restaurant, they couldn’t find our reservation and scrambled for several minutes instead of simply seating us.
Our server was fantastic, but the food and management response were disappointing. The skirt steak arrived with no char, no color, no seasoning .. nothing resembling what you’d expect from an open-flame Argentinian grill. When we politely sent it back, the chef returned to our table within a minute to tell us we were cutting it incorrectly and essentially implied we didn’t know what we were talking about. For context, our table included multiple people with decades of restaurant and the chef just tried belittling us telling us repeatedly we had no clue.
The refired steak was much better, which only confirmed the first one was poorly executed.
In this industry, you never know who is sitting at your table. Hospitality matters just as much as execution. Unfortunately, this experience missed the mark on both. We won’t be returning.
