This is one of my favorite places to eat in Spanish Fork and Orem. I’ve been here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and every visit has been great. The Spanish Fork location is gorgeous, and the atmosphere is absolutely lovely, it’s calm, inviting, and beautifully designed. The music is trendy and easy listening, creating such a relaxing and enjoyable vibe.
Some of my go-to favorites are the Banana Monkey smoothie and the baked sweet potato bites (I honestly stop in just for those), the mango and goat cheese bowl, mango and salmon bowl, vitality bowl, chicken caprese melt, and the cheese bread. For breakfast, I especially love the egg avocado bowl. My husband is a Burger King of guy but really likes the hot steak melt and the coconut curry bowl when he comes with me.
Everything feels fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. Definitely a favorite spot that I keep coming back to!

We tried Aubergine in Spanish Fork on their grand opening and loved it! The mango salmon bowl, tri-tip melt, cheese balls, and peach milkshake were all amazing. Everything tasted fresh and left us feeling good knowing they focus on healthy options. We even got to meet their marketing and sales directors, very friendly people. The interior and exterior are beautifully design. Well done! Excited to finally have this spot in Southern Utah County!

I ordered the Rio Bowl – it tasted good but was a far cry from being worth the over $20 spent. I did appreciate cauliflower rice is offered as a low carb option. The employees weren’t especially pleasant – didn’t really give a warm welcoming vibe. Acted like they hated their jobs and wanted to be done with you as soon as possible. The decor/ambience is beautiful though with vines and greenery hanging from the ceiling. Most likely won’t be returning soon

Nhat a great stop for breakfast on the way to a hike! We arrived close to opening so we had plenty of time to take in their fantastic breakfast options. My mom is a vegan so I wanted to make sure I took her somewhere on our trip where she’d have many many choices. And boy did she!!
She went classic with an Avocado Smash Toast and the Wake Up Call Smoothie. I opted for the Sunrise Açaí Bowl, no mango. We were both very very happy with our choices! So fresh, so flavorful!!
Service was also wonderful! Very pleasant and helpful! The space is also very chic.

The food is real, wholesome, food and so yummy! It’s the kind of food if cook at home, but fancier. We tried a chicken protein plate and chicken Parmesan. We will definitely go again!

I absolutely love Aubergine! I’ve visited the Orem, Lehi, and Draper locations, and while each one has been wonderful, the Spanish Fork location is by far my favorite. I’m so happy we finally have one here—our community has really needed more healthy dining options. With my dietary restrictions, Aubergine is one of the few places I can enjoy eating out, and they never disappoint. The fresh, flavorful food, the welcoming atmosphere that feels like a mini vacation, and the outstanding service make every visit such a treat. So grateful to have this spot close to home!

What a beautiful and relaxing place to eat! So many options of creatively put together dishes that it makes us want to try them all! Some lacked a bit of flavor, but was still great overall! The restaurant is very clean and staff really friendly! The only thing they lacked was offering soda water alongside regular water to drink with my meal.

The Thai bowl was so flavorful! The chicken was tender and cooked perfectly the mixture of ingredients was divine! Can’t wait to eat it again! This restaurant has the cutest design and furniture! They were also great with adjusting my order for my dietary needs! Highly recommend!

Beautiful exterior and as you walk in the door our words were “I’m sorry? Is this a gourmet restaurant? Wow!!!” They completely rebranded this location and it’s beautiful! They spared no expense on the details and decoration. Even the bathroom was fabulous.
My favorite part was the music. I was transported to Europe and the food tasted delicious. It’s a much more elevated experience.

I’d like to hope tonight was just an off night, but our experience was horrible, as was most everyone’s in the restaurant. My wife received her food after waiting about 30 minutes, mine never showed up. After an hour total of waiting, my salad still hadn’t arrived. The manager assured us we would get it. We only waited 10 more minutes then asked for a refund before leaving. While we were at the counter working with staff for a refund, food from the kitchen was piling up ready to be served, but not being delivered.
Several customers around us were asking other customers how long they’d been waiting. We saw many customers pack their food up and leave without eating after waiting eons to receive it. The staff working were nice, but clearly there was some major disconnect preventing them from completing their jobs effectively.
As I said in the beginning, I’d like to hope this experience was a one-off. I know this restaurant is touted as amazing, and it probably normally is. But I was definitely not the only disappointed customer tonight.
