Their restaurant has earned every bit of their almost 5 stars. Unbelievable how delicious it is! Even the rice is so much better than almost everywhere else! I had delicious shrimp spring rolls and the specialty fried fish balls with tomatoes and dill sauce. I wasn’t sure what I would be getting. It was absolutely incredible! Also, I love the small family restaurant ambiance and excellent service. What a score of a place to find on a side street!

Duong chau fried rice was huge and flavorful. Lots of vegis, which we were craving.

Found this spot here on Google Maps in the middle of a storm and I’m glad I did!
Menu is bit tourist-oriented in places but food was tasty. I had Hanoi style rolls and banana leaf salad and both were solid.
Service was friendly and attentive, space is cozy and there are a couple of outdoor tables that are great for people watching.

5* all around, especially considering the prices. Drinks super affordable and the food came out quickly piping hot. Best Pho I’ve had so far and the spring rolls are nice fresh and crispy. The staff are extremely friendly, we ate and drank during the monsoon!

Recommend by Asia Exotica but was a mixed feeling experience. Cheap and good located, the spring rolls were good but we didn’t like the fish at all! Was Hanoi fish and tasted like river for us. Will not recommend fish on Hanoi city

The food is delicious and has a comforting, home-style flavor. We enjoyed the corn soup so much that we ordered a second bowl! Their local wines are also worth trying. The restaurant is tucked away on a small street, and we found it using Google Maps. Definitely give it a try if you’re in Hanoi!

I was in the area and went here because of the reviews which were not wrong. I got the vegetables with noodles dish. Everything was so fresh cooked so well and serve steaming hot. Very friendly service also. Highly recommend.

We were looking for a traditional Vietnamese restaurant and were surprised to see hamburgers and spaghetti on the menu. We were afraid the food wouldn’t be authentic Vietnamese. But the food was delicious and definitely traditional Vietnamese. Definitely would recommend this family owned restaurant. We saw a great hamburger and fries brought out to another table. LOL
