Located within the atrium area of the Embassy Suites. To order food scan the QR code and get the menu and place an order. Food will be brought into your area and they will call your name to deliver. I had the Flatbread Peperoni Pizza with extra cheese and it was very good. The service was fast and very professional. The atmosphere was kind of dark and it was cold in the atrium area. Overall, it was great for a quick meal.

Super easy to order. I just scanned the QR code on the table. I got the Vegetable Chow Mein from the Rice Meet Noodle menu, and it was really tasty! It came out in about 10 minutes. Great experience overall, I will definitely be coming back.

We noticed the yummy looking food on the sign when we checked in, but had other dinner plans. We ordered lunch the next day from the QR code on the table while we watched TV in the lobby. The food came out before the commercials ended, and they were very kind to check on me even after delivering the food. Two burgers, salad, some fries. The salad was fresh and really refreshing, and the burgers were really flavorful. Of course the garlic parmesan fries were yummy. One of the best hotel dining experiences I’ve had. Didn’t need to be super fancy, just needed to be what I paid for: good food, quick friendly service, great atmosphere.

Wow what a gem! We arrived early and sat down in the lobby to wait for our room. There was a QR code on the table to order so foo, which was an amazing because my wife and I were starving. Just blown away, with the variety of options, the quality of food and the speed of service. I had the double classic burger, which was just outstanding! And my wife had the Asian salad, we ended up sharing and even ordering more food because of how good it was! This is a must try!

Husband and I were staying at the Marriott and starving. Not feeling like having fast food (the only thing around here) or paying $10 for delivery fee – we scanned the QR code for room service. There were so many options, husband ordered the Burger and I had the Mediterranean option…order was delivered in less than 20 mins and with no additional delivery fee! Food was great, selection was amazing, don’t miss out!

Stopped in without knowing what to expect, came across a really refreshing space and concept. Ordered a few dishes from multiple menus/food genres and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and selection. Loved the burger, noodles and got a healthy option (salad/bowl). Definitely recommend if you’re in the LAX area/west side.

We were in the LAX area and needed something quick. There isn’t much in the neighborhood other than fast food so we were curious to try Atrium. The space has tons of natural light and is located right off of the lobby of Embassy Suites. After you sit and scan, you can order off of a couple different menus/genres of food. We got fried chicken, a burger plus the salad brand. Everything was suprisingly fresh and really good. The quality was better than we expected and the ambiance was lovely!

Great atmosphere and conveniently located by LAX. There was a ton of seating and ordering food was a breeze through the QR codes. I had the loaded chicken sandwich with garlic parm fries which was excellent, so I will have to be back soon!

Not worth it: pricey and low quality. Did refund quickly which was good.

Not too far from our hotel and showed a nice variety online. Tired from traveling so we did delivery. Order was delivered but was missing my entree. Called the delivery service to document the issue then tried to call Atrium’s number. First call went through but I was hung up on. Second call wasn’t answered.

Then got a call from someone saying they realized they missed my entree so he would be delivering it shortly. I waited and waited in the lobby. Got a call from same guy asking if I was in the lobby as he had entered twice and didn’t see me. Turns out he was at the wrong hotel. Corrected him with where I was, then he told me he couldn’t deliver to that hotel. I was baffled as I had received all the other food just fine. He then said he could leave it at the other hotel and I could go get it. Nope, not happening as I have no transportation and have never been to LA before. He then said he would deliver anyway. I waited and waited then got another call that he couldn’t deliver it and I would be refunded. His manager did start the refund right then.

Those who did get their food said it was not good, poor quality/small quantity and not worth the high cost.

Food hall was almost empty, still over 1 hour waiting time.
Food was quite bad, especially the vegetarian things (fried veggies, rice and salad). The salad which was without meat by the ingredient list still had meat inside. They put celery in the salad… Absolute nonsense.
The rice was dry, the fried vegetables were soaked in oil and quite sad looking.

The only good thing were the fries (deep frozen and prepared in the oven), and the bbq burger was “ok”. We paid around 60$, and any fast food chain can do better.

Don’t eat there unless there is a hurricane and you have no other choice.
