Food is very good there, fresh made to order just overall excellent ! Clean -great atmosphere!
Enough of tables that you can certainly find a seat whether you’re by yourself or there’s two people or your family ! Really enjoy their food!

There is a variety of choices for lunch. Some grab and go, some made to order: burgers, sandwiches, soup, sushi, salads, hot entree, snacks. Prices are very reasonable. Seating is plentiful both indoor and outdoor.

The food was…okay. I got a sausage, egg and cheese on an English muffin. The muffin itself wasn’t toasted, so it made it taste not quite right as a breakfast sandwich.
We were here all day and stopped in later for a snack. We got a piece of the banana cake and milk. The milk, although in date, was seriously spoiled. The cake was okay.

Clean…but the food was downright disgusting. When I lived in Danville, my son and I used to come to the hospital for dinner. It used to be delicious. Threw most of it away. $25 down the drain.

Food options and quality have significantly decreased in the last 5 years. Also, very few options for pregnant patients since the salads (unwashed according to food service workers) and deli sandwiches are off limits.

Food is extremely salty. Few healthy options. Not budget friendly.

The majority of the people who work there are deeply unpleasant. Completely rude and dismissive. I was consistently met with derision when I asked questions or requested a bag or drink holder.

I do not believe in “service with a smile” but I do believe in “service without active malice.”

It is a hospital cafeteria. We can assume most patrons are there for a not-so-fun reasons. The rudeness of the staff is truly bizarre to me.

Dining room is pleasant and large. Only staff can sit outside because the door requires a badge to reenter the cafeteria.

A cashier lady and a soup lady were nice. They have good coffee and decent desserts.

I work 2nd shift here. After 6 or 7pm the pickings are slim. Very very slim. I can’t do gluten and I have given up going during the off hours in the hopes to find something gluten free. Frozen microwave meals are preferable to wasting time on the walk down to find nothing I can eat.

I work here, so its all i really have to choose from, but the options are very healthy. Entrees are hit or miss depending on the day, but the sushi, salad and sandwich bars make up for it. Still good food overall.

Pizza sucks though.

Geisinger should be totally embarrassed with this restaurant! They have signs all over indicating great health care, but serve food that is so unhealthy and poorly prepared. The salad bar, which is the healthiest option, is filthy and poorly stocked.

Three nights in a row they served noodles with big chunks of butter melting into them. They also served terrible tasting macaroni and cheese. Geisinger’s heart professionals will tell you to eat heart healthy food but this is nowhere to be found in this place. The manager should be fired. One of us bought a pack of veggies that were starting to rot. The attendant told us that it was not too bad. The customer service and cleanliness is deplorable.

The food is decent tasting but the prices are outrageous. Especially for a hospital. When you have a child admitted to the hospital and you have no choice but to eat what they have in the atrium it adds up very fast. Most people that come to the hospital, do so because they are sick. Charging people through the nose to eat a meal when they’ve had medical tests and or procedures all day is a disgrace.
