Stopped in on my way into Colorado Springs. The atmosphere is nice and quiet which is a nice change for an airport restaurant. It is much quieter then the other restaurant past security. I was greeted by bartender/server Ivette who was very friendly, attentive and personable. She provided great banter and I settled on the smashed avocado burger which was very good. My side salad was fresh and the burger had great flavor. I would stop back in for a bite on the way in or out of COS.

Beer was great, pretzel was pretzel, and service was quick. Removing two stars based on the bartender’s reaction to a customer sitting further away from the bar than he would have cared for. As I was closing my tab he audibly sighed and rolled his eyes. This gentleman was one of two customers in the establishment at the time (including myself seated at the bar). If anything, be grateful someone chose to stop and give you some of their money in this ghost town of an airport.

Look. I get that it’s an airport and it’s gonna be expensive for that reason but… c’mon. 17$ for this piddly avocado toast offering?? Are we unable to do better, or do we just not care? The beer was good at least…

This is what $13.99 gets you at the airport location. The side of fruits is served in the same platter making the toast soggy. I ordered an over easy egg and it was rubbery. Never again!!

They had a roof fire and have had to refurbish the joint. Bar is open and the staff memeber I met is as quirky, fun loving, and good aura’d chick ive met in a minunte. The beer I had was a compass IPA and hunney even got me a fresh (not chilled but she offered to pour) glass. I expect this place to rebuild and revamp with success. I know form the experience I had that they have big things to look forward to. Keep it classy CoSpgs . #airportlove

Airport restaurant, and the only airport restaurant accessible prior to going through security, so anyone can eat here. Full bar along with beer and wine. Cash & credit cards accepted.
Variety of dishes to appeal to a variety of tastes. All-day breakfast options are satisfying and popular. Sandwiches aren’t always what you expect. Their club sandwich looked more like a hamburger. Caesar salad was good. Unfortunately the Buffalo Chicken Wrap was light on chicken and literally swimming in buffalo sauce. Spicy, but more importantly just too much of it.
Service is good. Be aware there are a few other dining options in the terminal area but none as large or probably as comfortable as this one, at least in spring 2024 when they aren’t done with their remodeling inside the airport yet.

Look, folks, if you’re waiting for a rental car or waiting to join the TSA line. This front of the airport joint is a place to be. Food is reasonably priced(for airport food) and is my go-to for my lunch break. The grilled chicken sandwich with the sauce they put on it is amazing.

Didn’t see a single small local craft beer on tap. Just crafty beers.

Server was very polite. We were served very quickly. Food was good. Like everywhere in Colorado prices are the same.
