We admonish those we love, so allow me to begin by saying I loved my experience at Atlas. The delicate flavors of the high quality ingredients were evident in each dish and prepared and plated to perfection. We also found our server Hannah to be helpful, pleasant, and attentive. In short, dining at Atlas is an adventurous foray into dishes which have been creatively imagined and expertly executed.

I’ve had the pleasure of having dinner at Atlas and photographing there on a few occasions. My wife and I had an amazing three course dinner with perfect service. My shoots have all been surprise proposals at the restaurant and I have just had the best experience communicating and planning with the managers to 1) do a run through the day before and then 2) letting me have a table to capture the proposal. This is Fayetteville’s best restaurant, period.

Wow, what an experience! We heard this place was good but what a surprise. A quaint little spot right off the square that is decorated very nicely. They have a very nice bar area as well. I started with the cantaloupe gazpacho was surprising good. I followed that with a grilled bison with a chimchurri that was one of the best meats I have ever eaten. And then I had banana ice cream and was probably the best dessert I have ever had. Service was exceptional as well. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

We came here for our anniversary. The ambiance was very nice. The menu have cuisine from all over the world. My SO had the cauliflower soup and bass while I had a salad and ribeye. Soup and salad were perfect. The bass was amazing. I requested the ribeye cooked to medium well, as that is my preferred doneness. I think that may have been my mistake as it tasted a little to chared for my liking. However the inside was melt in you mouth amazing. I think I’m the future I’d order a medium instead, so I wouldn’t negatively change my rating on a preference consideration. To end the night we had a raspberry/blackberry sorbet. I’ve had sorbet all over, but this was the best I ever had. Great job to owners, chef , and staff on an amazing night. We’ll be back and we’ll spread the word.

Great atmosphere, tuna starter complement of the chef was not a great start, overly fishy, and a weird call since someone at the table had a shellfish allergy. Breadbasket, swordfish and spicy nuts were wins. Service was perfect.

THE best restaurant in NWA!!! Appetizers were all so good (escargot, foie gras, and bone marrow) but the lamb (spiced cauliflower | merguez sausage | drunken raisins | pistachio | harissa | smoked paprika oil | orange scented lamb reduction) was the best I have ever tasted!!! Love the wine selections, too.

Had a great dinner for our anniversary while we were in town. The wine list was great, we loved the mussels and the bread was fantastic. We both had the veal porterhouse, which we were a little disappointed in. It was great, just not as great as we expected. Would definitely still return as tons of other menu items looked great.
