I’ve ordered from this place many time and every time I go in the service is incredibly slow and there’s always something wrong. Today I placed an order at 11:55, for an order to be picked up at 12:32. I arrived at 12:37, waited in line for my order, just to be told they hadn’t made it. My breaks are only 30 minutes and had I waited for them to make it I wouldn’t have had time to eat it. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Service is slow, there’s no counter for just pick ups which makes the lines longer, and there’s always 2-3 people waiting ahead of you to get your bagel. We were given a refund thankfully but absolutely unacceptable for a franchise like this

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! They are VERY RUDE!!! My fiancé just tried to order from here and asked for a whole sub and they rudely said NOPE. Then he said he will give them a call back. Then they THOUGHT THEY HUNG UP BUT DIDNT…… he heard the woman making fun of him to another co worker saying this isn’t subway. Well guess what. We will NEVER BE BACK. Next time make sure you ACTUALLY HANG UP THE PHONE BEFORE MAKING FUN OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!

Good food but the service is not that great. Everytime I call in an order I’m put on hold for over ten sometimes fifteen minutes and can hear everything they’re saying in the background. One time a lady had me on hold, another woman said “you know u have a customer on hold right” she said I know they can wait. And laughed. Very unprofessional and rude in my opinion. I’ve hung up amd have gone somewhere else more then I’ve ordered from there.

I have so many great things to say about Atlantic bagel. My daughter is 6 and likes to place her order by herself and the team is so accommodating. They always say hi to her, ask her how her day is going, and listen as she asks for her egg bagel. This may seem like a small thing but my daughter eats her bacon floppy and I like mine extra crispy and they always accommodate our request. All of the women who work the front are so nice and friendly and it’s a great way to start our day. The food is affordable and yummy but the amazing service is what keeps us coming back.

Great bagels! It was our first bagel on our holiday to NJ and we loved it. A busy place and we had to wait around for 15 minutes but was worth the wait. We got our bagels to take away to the beach. Nicely rapped and really tasty! I ordered The Empire State and my boyfriend ordered The Atlantic. Empire state was amazing!

I like the atmosphere here. the food is pretty good, just a little pricey in my opinion. however the staff are all extremely helpful and friendly and nice. they’ve never gotten my order wrong, and I love the great homey-feel atmosphere they got going on.

Love their bagels. Staff are friendly and real. Good music playing. This is what it’s all about. The eggs on my bagel sandwich were so good. I also had a plain bagel just to see what they were working with with no frills and it blew my mind. I mean it was legit. Good stuff. I support this place like a kickstand on a bike.

They don’t have bagels. They sell white bread with a hole in the middle. If you want a sandwich, bagel with meat I guess it will do, It’s not the worst I’ve ever had but it’s darn close. Coffee is a 4. The employees are very nice.
