It was my 1st time at ATL Wings today. My husband and I used their Father’s Day special as an excuse to give them a try. I’m sorry we waited so long! The wings were PERFECT! Date night with my lady! ATL has been closed for several months, they R back! I ordered the 6 piece traditional with the Suns special sauce, yummy. My wife ordered the ATL style sauce she said it was very flavorful and the wings were cooked perfect. We both enjoyed the fries and ordered the deep fried biscuits they were the perfect treat. When u R looking for a quick bite I recommend giving ATL a try.

11/19/22 orders 84 wings online with fries and biscuits. Took about an hr which I understand with that many wings is typical. We arrived and gentlemen asked if we were picking up, said it would be right out, we asked if he could make sure they were labeled due to past experience not being labeled correctly. Lady came out with 3 bags and the wings that were not labeled. She processed to state they were busy and had a little attitude but went in the back to label. Came out and we checked the rest of order and were missing fries. While waiting for those I double checked our wings and they were labeled incorrectly with some flavors we ordered missing. Brought the bags back up to the counter and proceeded to tell the lady and she said she wasn’t in the back so she didn’t know or couldn’t open the foil containers. I had taken the tips off the containers to see which flavors were what and then asked for a cook to help to know what flavors were what. She then proceeded to tell me she can’t get them. We asked for manger and she was not there nor was allowed to call the manager. We then asked for a full refund and had to ask for a paper receipt which she originally refused. Tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt since under new management but still the same ole ways. What a waste of 84 wings and 1hr 15 min just because they don’t know how to label their product we originally spent $132 wait wa waste of time.. If I could give this review 0 stars I would.

I thought I would try ATL again after a bad experience with them. I had to wait over an hour to get my food that I ordered on line, an hour before I arrived. I get home to find the chicken was cold and the fries was just as cold and tasted like they were three days old. I had to through the fries away and reheat the chicken so my family could eat. So we did not get lunch until 2:30. Trying to feed seven mouths is not easy and having kids wait two hours to eat is very bad. I will never eat at ATL again.

Customer service is horrible. Menu screen was turned off luckily I knew what I wanted, I was the only person in the store and it took 25-30 min for my wings. Place was great at first when they opened but it’s just going down hill now your lucky your wings are good.

I placed my order 4.28.23 at 12:01pm. The gentleman on the phone was very nice but…. My order was a large fries well done with a ranch. He told me 10 mins which I THOUGHT was perfect because I was about 10 mins away. I arrive with in that 10 mins. The lobby was busy and I get it but I shouldn’t have to wait 30 mins for my order of fries. INSANE!! The new owner needs to be on the floor and actually TRAINING their employees so they can have a successful business but I surely didn’t see that happening. Sorry not sorry.

Wings are decent. Garlic parmesan and lemon pepper a bit salty. Be prepared to wait over 30 mins for your food for sure not the time they quote. If you call in MUST pay over the phone! So be ready to provide your credit card number and also for your bank to flag/decline any other charges after ATL transaction as possible fraud until you contact them to verify it’s not fraud.

After being closed for business for a while, saw the sign go up that says “Now Open. Under new management.” I was very excited to try it as I’ve tried other ATL Wing locations. I was very disappointed by this location. Under new management but there was no management to be found on a Saturday.. Customer service was horrible. Staff said there was no carbonation for the soda fountain but they were still selling drinks and would not give refund. The floors were sticky, the tables were dirty. Took forever to get my food and once I got home with it, saw that the food was not packaged right so the entire inside of the bag was covered with the different wing sauces. Horrible experience. Definitely will not be returning.

Young girl at the cash register looks like she hates her job, customer service is slacking big time here. Everytime I go here it takes so long to get my food. Looks like they just mess around in the kitchen. Owner looks like she doesn’t care and that’s sad because your losing customers and money. What a shame.
