Slightly affordable sushi depending on how much your looking to spend. However, the raw and cooked sushi rolls are wonderfully plated and not too crowded with garnishes and decorations. The flavors are pretty spot on and light-hearted, which allows you to really appreciate the genuine flavor of the fish. Would definitely recommend.

It’s such a relief not having to drive 45 minutes to Duluth anymore just to get quality sushi. This place is absolutely worth every penny. It’s a hidden gem that’s now at the top of my list!

The food was amazing and huge portions. So many options on rolls as well! And hands down the best server I have had at ANY restaurant in a very long time. Livy was attentive and so kind and sweet. She is such a treasure and will will definitely be back and will ask for her. Thank you for such a great experience.

The five star rating today came from the volume for the price. At $20 lunch special all you can eat. There were so many options to choose from and if I wanted more I could have but I was so full. You feel like a king with all those plates coming up to your table, lol. The restroom was plain dry with Dragon Ball Z art. Very accommodating, it just looked like I’ve seen it in an old church. Nice plates and utensils with great fast service.
The food comes out relatively fast. The fish taste fresh. There wasn’t one item that I raved about. It was fair. Which reminds me that this five star rating is on sheer volume for price. I didn’t know that whatever you don’t eat you have to pay one dollar a piece which doubled our ticket. If I would have known, I would have ordered differently. Since I feel I’d come back and try some different things then I will just adjust what I ordered. Ultimately my to go box is so packed that I’m not cooking tonight And I have food to share with my partner so the deal is awesome still and it’s even better when I make sure I don’t over order. That’s an OK problem to have. The server could have been a bit better explaining the whole process. Plenty of cafeteria style seating for groups or couples

One daughter wanted steak the other sushi so I decided on a Japanese place.
I wanted elevated food, fresh fresh, ingredients, etc. and we were not disappointed.
We ordered filet mignon dinner along with tons of different sushi, tuna, scallops, spicy tuna, softshell crab tempura and and more. All of it was delicious, fresh and tasty. The steak was so tender it melted in your mouth.
The atmosphere was really nice, very Asian with the wood trim, I loved it. The décor is definitely elevated.
Service was fantastic, we were immediately seated then they explained the “all you can eat plans” but decided to just order regularly. It just seemed easier and less complicated, see PIC of the rules for all you can eat.
The location is in a huge shopping center so there is plenty of parking.
Would I come back? Oh yes, this is a great Japanese restaurant, great to see as there are so many that are “so so”.

My friend and I spent a week in Atlanta, and had an absolutely terrible time with the service, food, and overall experience.
But Atami changed EVERYTHING. Their food was exquisite, their service was quick and excellent, and their prices were fantastic. I had absolutely nothing negative to say. They were incredible, polite, and fast.

Great food, fresh, clean place. We really enjoyed. Be aware, you cannot see ANYONE inside as you walk up to the door. It looks dead from outside, but once in, lots of customers and a busy dining room. Everything was very clean, every piece of food was fresh and delicious. The service wasn’t great. The guy who served us was happy, polite and full of energy. But he forgot things 3 separate times, and let our glasses get empty. I saw a Hiring sign in the window, so likely he had too many tables to help.
AYCE is 32.99 a person for dinner, which is a little high, but not terrible. Just makes this a monthly visit, instead of weekly.

Went for opening week, had a great experience with great service and excellent fresh sushi. I got a few different kinds of nigiri (the scallops were huge and very fresh tasting), and the Hot & Hot roll which came with a bunch if spicy fish and jalapenos, it was great!
My wife enjoyed her massive portion of beef bulgogi. Only miss was that we didn’t love the fried rice. Philly cheesteak egg rolls and pork gyoza were both very on point.
Service was great!! Will have to come by on a Monday for their half priced roll special!

The restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated. The service was great!! The sushi was average to us. We probably wouldn’t return, but we did enjoy the visit at least. There are many sushi rolls to choose from along with other hibachi items.
