We ordered a mix of rolls and lo mein, and everything came out quickly and looked amazing! The lo mein was freshly prepared, piping hot, and full of flavor. The rolls were fresh, chilled, and perfectly seasoned — you could really taste the quality ingredients.
Toni was our only staff interaction, but she was fantastic — friendly, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. Excellent food and excellent service. We’ll definitely be back!
What we weren’t okay with is multiple dishes coming out wrong. Ordered salmon avocado roll and got salmon mango. Decided to keep it since they were busy, no discount on the incorrect food. Then the manager pour hot brown sauce down the side of my boss. She left with brown sauce all over her. Also did not get any discount on her meal. One of our group had to get her food to go because an hour and 15 minutes later she still didn’t have her lunch. Another of our group asked for fried rice because she can’t eat pork. Her meal came out with pork fried rice. Seriously, I get that you are busy but that is no excuse to get everyone’s order wrong. Manager did not know how to split checks so we paid together. We got zero discounts for all of these issues. My food was lukewarm. We won’t be back. They should consider their customer service approach. If you mess us the customer should be compensated for the issue. Period. I can’t believe this woman was the manager.
