Stumbled across Thai Crispy Crepe while exploring the market, SO glad I did. The spring rolls were super fresh, crispy, and packed with flavor. The dipping sauce was chef’s kiss. Tried the pad Thai too, and it was hands down some of the best I’ve had perfectly balanced, not too oily, and full of texture. You can tell it’s made with love. I have rented and managed a stand at Soulard Market for approximately 5 years. During this period of time there have been several Thai restaurants that have opened up, but this one takes the cake. The food is cooked to order and it’s delicious. I suggest the coconut shrimp or the Pad Thai – and authentic Thai dish with tamarind, peanuts, rice noodles and chicken.
