We drove for four hours and stopped in a small town, not expecting much—then we found Asian Mix. It honestly felt like a gift at the perfect time.
My husband ordered the beef pineapple fried rice, and I got the chicken pad Thai. Both dishes were amazing. This was one of the rare times when we finished everything on our plates. The flavors were fresh, balanced, and deeply satisfying, especially after a long drive.
I also ordered black tea, and they thoughtfully brought it with lemon and honey, which was such a nice touch. My husband even added some lemon to his Coke Zero and to his fried rice, and surprisingly, it was so good.
They also offered us a green chili sauce. It’s extremely spicy, but the flavor is incredible. If you can handle heat, you really should try it.
Another big surprise was the price. The bill was only around $31 for both of us, which felt unreal for food this good.
We were truly shocked by how much we enjoyed this meal. It was comforting, filling, and exactly what we needed.
At the end, I received a fortune cookie with a note I had never seen before. I loved it so much. It felt like a small, quiet reminder that good things still show up when you least expect them. This whole experience made me feel like 2026 is going to be a great year.
If you’re passing through this town, don’t miss this place

The owners were nonstop busy and getting a lot of take out orders but we were still accounted for and our food came out fast. It was delicious and fresh. She even got a picture of us for her picture wall. Would come again when I stop in Dillon

Walked in not knowing what to expect as first time eating here. Family run business, small town so they know alot of local folks. I’m assuming mom was out in front today and she’s quite talkative and funny! Ordered pork dumplings and they were hot and crispy and delicious!! Not like they had sat somewhere under a heat lamp for long time waiting for an order.
For main course Ordered chow main noodle with beef. Again totally blown away with flavor and how it was temp wise. Place is busy with both people eating in and take out. The portions are good size as well. Highly recommend if in town, you won’t be disappointed! Remember… closed 3-4 pm for Chef Break.

Went in for dinner. Stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes before someone came out. While waiting noticed the floor was absolutely filthy, food and you can see where liquids had been spilt and not cleaned up, and it didn’t smell very good in there. Not what I’ve seen before…

Our favorite eating spot in Dillon! We find ourselves craving the green curry, fried glass noodles, sushi, pad thai, yellow curry, and all of the rice dishes! Mi, the owner, and all of her crew are fun, talkative, and busy! They make a delicious Thai iced tea, as well! The atmosphere is casual and the folks who are sitting at tables are always devouring the food!

I walked into the place and it was quite busy. There was only the one server and five other tables ahead of me. I thought I’d go ahead and wait. To my surprise, I was served extremely quickly. The sushi roll tasted and looked fresh. The pad Thai was generously portioned, seasoned wonderfully and cooked to perfection. Kudos.

Omg! So yummy!!! My friend and I were in the Dillon area to dig for crystals at crystal park and afterwords we came into dillon to find some chow. We both love Asian food so when we found this place online we decided to try it. They had so many options and they all sounded so good! (I ended up getting fried rice and two sushi rolls) it was AMAZING! The sushi was so beautifully plated. I was raving the whole time I was eating and the whole ride home. This is definitely gonna become my designated lunch after crystal park. The staff was friendly and service was overall pretty good. Only small thing I would request is that the cooks remove the shrimp tails for you. It’s not at all a big deal but that was the only thing I noticed that was less than perfect. Can’t wait to come back!
