I came to this location to order food, and while I was trying to place my order, the lady up front was just a joke. Very unprofessional and had a bad attitude. I wanted to order the 4 chicken wings with shrimp fried rice and extra onions. She pretended she couldn’t hear me, so I had to repeat my order. I then asked for my wings to be cooked soft and with extra onions. She then said it would be $1 extra. I think I asked for extra onions, and she charged me a whole dollar? She responded with sass and jokes, like “Yeah,” while rolling her neck and acting all kinds of foolish. Look, lady, I’m not playing these games with you, so I left her and her high prices right there.

My husband stopped here to get dinner. He had eaten here before but it was a first for me. He loves the Happy Family. I had the shrimp and broccoli and it was good. Our food was $32 total with tax so it wasn’t priced too high. I will eat here again. Oan: I placed the order over the phone and the order taker was very pleasant. I use to really LOVE their food and service.. Last night I placed an order @ 9:15. I asked was it too late for delivery and she said NO. I placed the order and they called me back 10 minutes later to say they’re closed and cancelled my order. Tonight, I placed the same order. The ragoon was old. It was refried, possibly from the day before. I told her that, and she laughed. I was told to keep the order and they’ll replace it tomorrow. They called me back and said bring the order in. I said tomorrow. They called me back again and said we’ll replace the order when you bring it back tomorrow. I said you already told me that. She called again and said I’m he exact same thing. I’m now confused. I said Inow don’t want it replaced, I just want my money back. They said we need the order back. I then said, I’ll bring it back NOW. I don’t want a replacement, I just want a refund. As I drove there which is 5 minutes away, they called AGAIN and said were closed. I said it’s 9:25 and the restaurant don’t close until 10:09. I’m pulling up to return the food and I’m expecting a refund. The door was locked and the girl just stood there looking at me. The owner. then came and let me in. I took the ragoon out the bag to show them how old and hard it was. I then gave the girl the receipt. She looked at the amount and threw it on the counter. Refunded my money and I left. I the delivery guy rung my bell and as I opened the door he was walking away with my food on the porch . At night time. I asked why? I still called him back to the door to give him a tip and he said “you don’t have to do that” because he know he was wrong, but I tipped him anyway. I will NEVER go back to this restaurant….NEVER…they get a 0 rating from me. RUDE!!!!!

I ordered shrimp fried rice and 4 fried chicken wings and I only got 5 Walmart shrimp in my box! Highly not recommend! I guess because I didn’t see the option to tip is why I got severed the way I did. I’ll never order from there again! I actually think DHEC need to be called cause the food smelled horrible when I opened the box and they also have tiny little kids running around in the kitchen and lobby area the cook was very nasty and the manager had a attitude as if someone did something wrong when I’m the paying customer

Order food two days in a row for delivery and they never came with my food. I think they totally forgot about me and wasn’t trying to give me a discount or anything. Other than that. I think the food is pretty OK had them about a year ago, but I think that that was just poor customer service

I researched a few places and the reviews for this place seemed to ding them for service and not the quality of the food which is the most important aspect for me. I normally tip at least 10% anyway for takeout so I wasn’t worried tbh.
The food was really good and the service wasn’t anything to write home about. She didn’t respond when I said thank you or acknowledge me when I walked in, but it’s takeout. I ordered the large order of orange chicken with house fried rice and it was excellent. I would recommend this place, just go in with proper expectations of the other reviews regarding service.
