Tried this place for the first time and it’s freaking awesome!! First off it’s super clean and very quiet. Very nice atmosphere where you can enjoy your meal. Secondly the service was great, waitress was kind and explained things well and was on top of refills! Lastly the food was 10/10 everything was hot and fresh, we had some dumplings, bao, sizzling plate beef, and coconut shrimp. 0 complaints on anything!! Very very flavorful and enjoyable will DEFINITELY be returning.

We tried several things, all of them had great flavor and texture. Most things disappeared before I could get pictures. There are several full meals, but also lots of finger foods (tapas-style). The hot and sour soup has a good spice level. The dim sum and soup dumplings are the best for miles around. The katsu was crisp and the meat was moist. We will be back again soon. Serves alcohol including soju and sake.

Our sushi was delicious and the staff was very friendly. I think we could eat here at least once a week. We are eager to try other dishes and look forward to returning. I used to live in a very large city thousands of miles away from here and this sushi is the best I have had in this area and comparable to big city sushi. We had the dragon roll, California roll, and the shrimp tempura roll. The shrimp was served hot inside the roll and it was very tasty.

Nicely renovated. Great, friendly service. Our waitress was extremely helpful with explaining menu items and thoughtful with order placement. She knew certain items would take longer so she put those items in first so our wait time wouldn’t be affected. Good food at a reasonable price. We were there for lunch so got to take advantage of lunch special pricing for sushi rolls. We will definitely be coming back. Great Dim Sum.

Stopped by while in town for work. Food was excellent and a great price. Servers were very attentive and nice. Food came out fast and the place was clean and well taken care of. Wish I lived closer to eat here often!

Okay, so this was $8. I called the restaurant to ask if this was normal. I was originally hung up on. I called a second time and I was talked over. The food was cold, also. Can’t say I will be returning to this establishment in the future. I hope this review helps.

It’s not the absolute best Asian food you can get, but it’s easily the best Asian food you can get in the area. The Chop Kitchen flaunts itself as a “Chinese” restaurant but carries Viet, Japanese, and Thai dishes on the menu, making it a bit PanAsian style.
I’m pretty simple and cheap, so I stick to the lunchtime sushi roll specials and lunch plates, which come with a selection of sauces and meats.
I highly recommend the shrimp tempura roll, spicy tuna/salmon rolls, and yellowtail roll. They are honestly pretty decent and solid for the asking price. I’d also recommend the general tso and black pepper beef because they will generally taste like what you expect to be eating.
I like a place that is disorganized and chaotic with hit or miss service because it adds a bit of fun to the experience. The average diner may not like that in a restaurant, so I can see how some reviews are a bit low. Overall, it’s good.

There is no way to write a review on Google Maps without selecting a star rating, so I am not sure if the rating I chose is fully justified. I did not see another option to leave feedback.
We visited the restaurant today and asked if they had any vegan options. The person who was about to seat us said she would check. She came back and told us they did not. We then asked if they had any vegetarian options, since some places have those even when they do not offer vegan dishes, and she said no.
We noticed a few reviews here recommending the place for vegetarians, so I am not sure how those comments were written when there are no vegetarian or vegan options available. The ambience looked great, but we were unable to eat there.

Amazing staff with great attitudes & attentiveness was on point. It was my birthday & even though we were the only party the staff were genuinely excited about our little celebration. They mentioned new additions to the menu so I happily tried one: beef hot pot. 5 stars on the broth for starters bc I could drink that juice for breakfast if it were possible!
All the ingredients were on point except the potatoes could’ve been cut just a little thinner so they could be fully cooked through. 4.9 stars though, only mentioning the potato fix bc staff were clear about wanting honest feedback to better fuel any needed improvement. I’m happy to oblige as I see a lot of potential here (a rare compliment these days).
