Fabulous new restaurant- fits right in with Selma’s rebrand – nourishing healthy tasty food! The chef/owners are so kind and approachable and eager to please. The restaurant looks and feels fresh and clean, just like their food! The pho is phenomenal! Nourishing, filling, flavor for miles! I love all the fresh herbs and bean sprouts and sauces that come with it so each person can make it their own. I love the bahn mi side/upgrade with the pho. It makes it affordable to try both. The pho is really the star of the show but the bahn mi was delicious with a perfectly crusty exterior and chewy flavorful interior. The wings were smaller than expected but there was an ample portion and the flavor was second-to-none! They sold out of their regular spring rolls by the time I got there but they made me a fantastic tofu version that I may order from the start next time! So glad the Asian Eatery is here! Will be back!
Ps. I brought my pho home and ate it in my own bowl.

I’m particular about quality and freshness of food, cleanliness, and the attitude of the owners and staff. This place gets high marks on all three! The menu is limited, but when the food is this good then you don’t need a cornucopia of choices. Freshness counts! I’m new to Vietnamese cousine, but wow – We’ll be back!

Amazing food and service !! New to Selma, and just what we needed. Great food options, fresh, and delicious. We tried the wings, Pho, and did the sandwich upgrade for their Banh Mi (pork and chicken- both delicious and fresh) . Their Pho broth is phenomenal, honestly the best one we’ve had in years. They mentioned it’s their own family recipe. Owners are friendly and attentive, as well as all of their employees. Our 7 year old also enjoyed the kids steak Pho and of course their Taro milk boba tea . Absolutely a great family restaurant!

Tried this place for the first time and the food was amazing! The pho was very flavorful that I ended up slurping everything at the end! The wings are also full of flavor and the banh mi was filling! The service is fast, attentive, and very friendly. Even with training going on they were quick and we did not feel rushed. We actually felt welcomed! The owners are very friendly and gave us the back story of the photo on the wall( the owners grandpa). Its nice not having to travel to Raleigh or Cary for authentic pho!

It’s a hole in the wall if you blink you will definitely miss it. This little hidden gem is definitely one of my new favorites… The pho was very delicious and seasoned well. Very hot and prepared with patience and care. Their menu has a lot of other dishes that I plan to go back and try in that near future. The atmosphere in this place blends modern and historical style with a pleasing dining experience. I enjoyed listening to other patrons talk and caring on while enjoying their meals as I waited for mine. Everything that came from the kitchen and place on nearby tables for other guest looked very appetizing, I was almost tempted to order something to go . Pho on the go is also an option here!!! When you arrive you will most likely be greeted by one of their staff. This is somewhat a self guided experience, keep in mind just walk up to the counter and place your order and take a seat they will bring it to your table. Also that being said they do have a unique variety of drinks boba tea, smoothies, and soft drinks. I really enjoyed this dining experience and I do plan to come back soon. If you have to wait a bit keep in mind that it is definitely worth the wait. I hope everyone else that dines here also gets to enjoy this experience as much as I did. To the staff here thank you for making my first time visit a very enjoyable, exciting, and fun experience.

My husband, two friends, and I visited Asian Eatery for Sunday dinner, and we were not disappointed. I’ll be honest, I’m usually not a pho person due to some bad experiences in the past, but this was hands down the best, most flavorful pho I’ve ever had. Absolutely amazing.
We also ordered the Souper Plate, which was just as delicious, rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The portions were generous and well worth every dollar.
What truly set the experience apart was the service. One of the owners came by to check on us, and she was incredibly warm, professional, and clearly passionate about what she and her husband have built. As a business owner myself, I was genuinely impressed by her professionalism, pride, and attention to detail.
Great food, great service, and an overall wonderful dining experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality food made with care.

So happy to have a Vietnamese restaurant so close by. They are currently in a soft opening and may not have everything they need just yet for all menu items. Please give grace and give them a try! Very kind and the food was amazing. I’ll be back for my Vietnamese coffee

We do hope this business succeeds, as finding good Pho is a challenge. We lived in Asia so we are kinda picky.
Atmosphere was ok, but had an unpleasant smell when we walked in. Not the typical good Asian cooking smells.
We were disappointed in the Chicken Pho, because it lacked the critical flavors of star anise, cinnamon and other flavors like lemongrass and savory chicken stock. The broth was bland. A few suggestions: use real bowls instead of plastic/ cardboard? China or ceramic bowls holds the heat and keeps the broth warm. The staining in this bowl was worrisome, if used repeatedly. Also have small dishes available for sauces, as those cardboard ones tainted the flavors and made the sauces taste like cardboard. We know it’s their soft opening and we want them to succeed, just offering theses suggestions to help improve.
Positive:The chicken was tender. Staff was accommodating and friendly.
