Really like the place. Unfortunately always attitude, even as I showed the cashier not one but 2 (two) hairs ♂. They didn’t even offer to replace it, after spending $32 not including tip. And while I’m at it, you should look up at the ceiling and check out the filter vents… surprise!

I placed an order online coming to a total of 30 bucks including a two dollar tip. I went and picked up my order but when I got home the chicken on a stick was super dry and overcooked, their chicken fried rice had old burnt food from whatever they cooked their rice in along with mushy questionable chicken, my fried dumplings were soggy and my egg roll was also overcooked. There is definitely better places around winston and I definitely do not recommend eating here.

The Asian Bistro Experience (Call In / Pick Up Edition). I called Asian Bistro and ordered their mixed vegetable lunch combination with vegetable fried rice and spring roll on my quest to try different restaurants. Kind of pricey for lunch, but you never know what size you get, so I was optimistic. Once arriving, I encountered a worker taking an order over the telephone. I saw the worker roll their eyes while on the phone and just imagined her doing me the same when I called to place my order.
Once at my destination to eat, I did enjoy my food. The vegetables tasted fresh, and the rice was good. So would I return to the Asian Bistro? I feel like their customer service lacks, and their prices are high for me. My order came close to $10.00 for lunch; however, the size was the same as your typical small lunch take-out size. Nevertheless, the flavor was there. However, I have had just as good at other spots where the prices are lower, and the customer service is good.

Just walked in on the cashier cursing out a customer asking a question extremely unprofessional don’t spend your money where you aren’t respected will never come again.plus the inside is very dirty upon further review I would imagine rats and roaches are in the kitchen and the fact that the person cursed out a customer is beyond astonishing and then have the nerve to say I didn’t just see and hear what I say and heard terrible restaurant. Ordered lunch today, chicken & shrimp teriyaki and its bland. Doesn’t taste like any seasoning was used. I asked for ginger sauce and the woman told me about the extra charge which was fine. However, the ginger sauce has a inion taste. I have eaten here years ago and enjoyed it but today was lackluster.
