This was one of the greatest food experience on king street, from the moment we went through the door we were greeted by a very nice gentleman. This gentleman promptly provided us water and menus. He was very friendly and very kind as this was her first time visiting we ordered dumplings I forget which ones but they were very good and they had tofu in them, which is a very big shock factor to me nonetheless, it was delicious after that we ordered general tso chicken and general tso tofu, let me tell you that was some of the best food I have had. This is definitely the prime Asian restaurant on King Street. I will be sure to go back again. Lastly, the service was so good. I saw the server run a whole block to give a family the fried rice they left at the table. I have never seen that..

The restaurant is truly incredible. The food is fresh, and the ingredients are of excellent quality. Everything feels very clean and well taken care of, which makes the whole experience even better. I especially want to highlight the outstanding service from the warm and genuine welcome at the entrance to the attentive care throughout the meal. The staff made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest.
The beef fried rice really stood out to me; I’ve had many versions before, but this one is particularly flavorful, well-balanced, and satisfying. Every bite was delicious, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. I left feeling happy and already looking forward to coming back.

This is our jam. Let me tell you why: 1. they make custom orders a. I like a salmon roll that I hand write out and they make perfectly for me b. my son eats a certain noodle dish that they custom make for him.
2. the pieces of fish are thick and large and delish and this never fails. (some places lace their sushi in lemon to mask the nastiness, but this is just high quality all the time).
3. Customer service is impecable. They are kind to my kiddo. We are teaching him to order and pay the bill on his own to gain that confidence and they are patient and extra kind to him.
4. It sorta feels like a home away from home.
5. The price is super affordable.
6. I’ve never had 1 bad experience in 4 years

My family and I visited here today and every single dish was absolutely amazing. I ordered Pad Thai with vegetables and tofu. When I say my food was steaming hot, I mean steaming hot. I also ordered the seaweed salad, and the Asian bistro sushi. The sushi had the perfect amount of crunch and again needed no sauce. It was delicious all by itself.
My husband ordered calamari, which was incredible without sauce or extra seasoning, and General Tso’s chicken, which was just as amazing. Beyond the food, the service was outstanding. It’s too bad we’re not local because this restaurant would be a frequent visit of ours. Thank you for the wonderful food and excellent service!

Asian Bistro offers a delicious and satisfying dining experience! I tried the chicken bento box, and it was absolutely delicious and so filling. The portions are generous, and the variety within the box makes it a perfect choice for a complete meal.

Over all very nice, great ambiance. (Window seats are great there.) I got the chirashi and it was so good. The scallops were like butter. And our waitress was very attentive. Will be going back. I highly recommend checking them out.

After a day on Amtrak and about 8 miles of walking around DC and Alexandria, we were tired and hungry. We literally picked this place because it was right next to our Airbnb. None of us were really craving Asian, but here we were.
Well, Look no further if you are looking for an explosion of tastes in Old Town, Alexandria. Starving or not, we would have recognized the expertise in the chef’s knowledge this cuisine.
Three of us ordered to share. The rolls were outstanding, the warmth complimenting the textures. We could actually taste the crab in the Crab Rangoons. This is not always the case, often times, whatcha get is some cream cheese without any hint of crab. The General Tso’s Chicken was fresh, clean and crisp tasting. I’m not really a fan because I usually sense a smokey flavor. No smokey here. Perfection! My friend ordered a tofu dish with vegetables that was probably some of the best flavored tofu I’d ever eaten. THAT takes talent! My choice was a shrimp and cashew fried rice which was so flavorful I couldn’t stop.
