The reason why I gave them a one was because their customer service is horrible and it’s a hit miss this was my first time going. I watched other customers elderly customers having a hard time with the communication I get it. This is fast food Chinese food, but you still should be respectful on how you deal with your customers an older lady ask for something and it almost seemed like they were making fun of her. An elderly man told him they needed to fill the container up and the lady was like it’s already full. He ended up just walking away as I was standing there and unfortunately they had already fixed my food so I’m not one of those that if I get the food fixed, I’m just gonna leave it, but I’m looking in the kitchen and there’s a Asian gentleman older who is literally pulling noodles apart with his bare hands and putting them in a basket he wiped his nose with the back of his hand and continues to handle the food no gloves now the Ladies that were handling the food outside putting them in the plates did have on gloves. I did give them that much but I won’t be going back. I asked for a family meal and it wasn’t until I got home realized they didn’t even give me the wontons they gave me egg rolls, which is probably what they wanted to give me instead of what I asked for my first time going my last time. I’m putting my review out there so that others know what to expect. They had a good line in there so I’m assuming a lot of people go but a lot of people don’t have the means to go anywhere else.

It is one of my favorite places to eat and for a great price. I used to love going here when I lived around. Every time I visit, I always have to buy 2 plates. It fills you quickly for worth it. The employees were kind and respectful. Love it

I recently discovered this place back a few months. I saw a line stemming from outside while delivering something at the nearby UPS. Staff were quick and clearly experienced. They wasted no time and got your order quickly. Got the fried wings and sesame chicken with noodles and fried rice. I was pleasantly surprised at the price. The food was quality and the portions were more than enough. I’m still going there to this day and I can’t get enough. The fact that they rival other Chinese places in terms of food quality, food price, and food portions is a clear indication that owner and staff are experts in the business acumen.
