Yes, Tuscaloosa does have Pho.
When I learned that Asia Buffet serves this, I most definitely wanted to try. When you walk in, you pay first. Pho is not part of the buffet so it is a separate option.
The plate of herbs were fresh (cilantro, bean sprouts, jalapeños, and a lime), didn’t get any basil though . I was given a small portion of hoisin sauce and Sriracha sauce (full bottles aren’t readily on the tables, but you can get more in the buffet area, along with chili oil and other sauces).
I really did enjoy my bowl and will get it again. Not sure how the both was made and it did have good flavor, but I was expecting a more savory taste. Also, the items at the buffet did smell really good and looked very appetizing. I may choose that option next time.

Clean, friendly, calm atmosphere. It used to be Nothing But Noodles. However, this is a great location for this restaurant (10 minutes up the road) and we don’t have to drive to Skyland (20 minutes).
For it to be buffet style the food was fresh, changed out frequently. There is also an upcharge of $3 for over indulging which an understandable and great idea.
I highly recommend if you don’t want to be in a large setting of prople.

Had the lunch buffet. Really good selection, pretty standard, but that’s what I’m looking for in a buffet. Very nice greeter. Sushi was limited but good. Didn’t try their hibachi, but maybe next time. Reasonable prices for current times. While I haven’t found a GREAT buffet in Tuscaloosa, this one is very good.
Update: I tried the Hibachi and it was excellent. Fried Oreos? Nice touch, must be from Southern China.

We ran in late afternoon to try out the new Chinese buffet in town on our way back home. We were quickly seated and went straight to the buffet. We had read good reviews but the reviews are nothing without tasting first hand. The food was fantastic, fresh and hot. Any items coated in sauce were not dry (ex: sesame chicken, beef & broccoli, honey chicken). My husband got hibachi which was very fresh and was cooked perfectly. The food was so good we even ordered one to-go box for dinner later that night and it was even great reheated later. The food was so good I didn’t think about taking photos until we were almost done so excuse our messy plates!

The young guy at the front counter/ cashier is always extremely nice and helpful!! Always has a smile on his face and very polite and nice . He’s one of the best reasons for going here. We come here alot . But this last time the food was really bad and old. Food ran out they took forever to replace it with fresh food. Was scraping the bottom of the pans, meats were old and crusty , and salty.. the female waitress does not speak to and greet African American customers like she does white customers.. we use to really love this place! Please do better ! Thank you !

For it to be such a small selection of food there is no reason why they buffet was basically empty & then the food was dry ! No pho or “bbq” available. The “flavored” tea was extremely bland .The worst part was my child being charged as an adult because of height . I will never return !

Money’s worth buffet! I visited for lunch dining. My first priority was trying the Korean BBQ in the buffet. There was only one Korean marinated pork BBQ for lunch (You can see photos), but the taste was good. I didn’t expect much variety given the price, but there were many different foods to try. It’s pay first and serve yourself everything. The restaurant is much easier to navigate than KPOT buffet (It was complicated for me at first). The staff were generally nice. I should try the Hibachi, but I was already so full from other food. I need to go again for dinner to see how different the menu is compared to lunch.

One interesting thing is that they offer a To-Go Box option for the buffet, and the staff mentioned that they don’t weigh the food.
From my recent visits, the staff has always been friendly and remembers regular customers well. They even try to offer tables based on customer preferences. While I wish the Korean Pork BBQ tasted more authentic, the other dishes are good for the price, and the great service makes me want to keep coming back.

I didn’t know what to expect but the food was great. Good variety too. The mango slush is the best. Very clean for an old building. Like I said, I didn’t know what to expect but it wasn’t to leaving and hoping I get hungry again soon so I can come back. Next time… Hibachi.

This buffet is great. So many selections. The meets are juicey and delicious. The crab salad best in Tuscaloosa. Highly recommend this buffet. Very friendly staff. Good pricing for a buffet.
